A good way to get great images is revisiting
your favorite photo spots; you’ll become familiar
with the usual events and be better prepared to
capture images that other photographers may miss.
One of my favorite places to take images is
in murrells Inlet South Carolina. I vacation there
often, and each visit offers new photo opportunities.
I’ve become familiar with the habits of the animals
which allows me to better predict when a good
photo opportunity may arise.
Try revisiting your favorite place at different
times of the day. The hour or two after dawn and
before dusk will offer the best quality of light. The
light quality and position of sunrise and sunset will
also vary at seasons of the year. By making frequent
visits you’ll get new perspectives on shots you may
have already taken.
