Moderator Sal Lombardo Territory Manager The Teneo Group Sal Lombardo has worked with numerous businesses over the past 20 years as Sales Manager, General Manager and recently as the Chief Sales Officer of Corporate Partnerships for the New York Yankees Triple-A Affiliate SWB Railriders. He joined The Teneo Group in 2020 with a wealth of knowledge in helping busi- nesses grow. Sal provides a unique perspective of Cybersecurity from the Executive Level. He understands first-hand the business risk associated with cybersecurity and the significant impact it has from a reputation and financial standpoint.
Panelists John Yurconic President The Yurconic Agency Upon earning a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College, John Jr. joined the Agency in 1989. His primary focus was to develop and market specific Personal and Commercial Insurance products. Agency experience and expertise developed in the Medical Malpractice, Large Business, Restaurant, Motorcycle, Preferred Auto, and Non- Standard Auto Insurance markets. The Agency has evolved to be one of the largest and fastest growing insurance agencies in Pennsylvania with 12 locations in Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, Berks, and Carbon counties. In 1996, John Jr. worked to bring the Agency’s Vehicle Registration and Drivers’ License division online with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s. He currently holds his Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation and is a Certified WorkComp Advisor. John has developed specialized insurance programs for the podiatric medical malpractice and restaurant industries. He currently serves on the boards of Synergy Holdings Corp., a workmen’s compensation specialist insurance company, Pa Messenger Solutions, Inc t/a TitleNGo, a technology company supporting the Vehicle Registration industry, The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley. He is a former board member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber Orchestra, Weller Health Education Center, and the Allentown Symphony. John is married with two children and enjoys golf, tennis, soccer, boating and motorcycling.
Panelists Charlie Sturm Vice-President, Cyber, Management, and Professional Liability Specialist Socius Insurance Services Charlie Sturm is Vice President and Cyber, Management, and Professional Liability Specialist with Socius Insurance Services, Charlie where he runs the Philadel- phia Branch and spearheads the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast operations. Charlie contributes to Socius expertise placing complex Management, Cyber, and Pro- fessional Liability risks, as Socius now writes $300 million in premium for Cyber liability, Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, and Errors and Omissions coverage. Charlie began his carrier in 2008 at United States Liability Insurance Group before moving to their Berkshire Hathaway Wholesale bro- kerage firm in 2011 where he ran the Middle Market and Small Business teams as well as Healthcare Product. Charlie joined Socius in October of 2018 and opened their first office in the Northeast and MidAtlantic region which has grown significantly over the past 3 years, adding another P&C producer and an Associate Broker while writing over $10M in premium specifically in Cyber and Professional Lines.

Panelists Craig Johnson Vice-President, Business Development The Teneo Group Craig has over 30 years of experience in the technology field. Starting in the mid 1980’s with H. Ross Perot’s Electronic Data Systems. Craig spent 20 years at Check Point Sys- tems where he held several key positions in the Mid-Atlantic region be- fore joining Teneo as VP Business Development in 2017. Craig has spoken to audiences about cyber security at both local gather- ings as well as national conferences. In his personal time you can find him under the hood of a car or helping with many fundraisers he does for St. Jude's.
