REDECON – Recent Developments in Design and Construction is a Bi-annual National event. The Next version of REDECON is scheduled to
be held on the 28th and 29th of February 2020 at Bengaluru, INDIA and is titled REDECON-2020. The theme is “Urban Challenges and Civil
Engineering Opportunities”. REDECON-2020 attempts to address various present day challenges of serious concern to society such as

6. Exhibitors : Vendors dealing with products, equipment, services, software, publishers and other providers dealing with
Forensic Civil Engineering in particular eg. failure investigation, structural health monitoring, structural
analysis and modeling, repair, retrofitting and rehabilitation, rescue, demolition etc. or Civil Engineering in
general
8. Target Audience : Academicians, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Builders, Developers, Equipment Manufacturers,
Government Department, R & D Institutions, College Students and General Public. (Exhibition will be open
for all two days)
9. Recognition : Certificate of Participation and Memento will be issued to all the exhibitors and Listing of all the Exhibitors
with their product details, contact nos., etc. will be published in the souvenir as half page colour
advertisement.
B. STALL BOOKING : ` 30,000/- (per stall) (Exclusive of GST)

Full payment should reach
ACCE(I) at least FIFTEEN days before the start of the Conference.
Stall nos. 1,2,3 and 9 to 13 are reserved for Patrons only. Stalls will be allotted strictly on availability and
"First Come First Served" basis. Preferred Stall numbers will be allotted if available. ACCE(I) reserves the
right to make or change allotments of stalls as necessary.
Failure to make full payment as per schedule may render cancellation of stall bookings. No cancellations
of stalls will be allowed, once booking is confirmed after receipt of full payment. But if confirmed booking is
cancelled, no refund shall be made of the booking amount.
Display material should be restricted to stall area and loud music will not be permitted. No display boards
should be exhibited in the premises without prior permission of organizers. Advertisers wishing to display
banners should contact Organisers
Organisers are not be liable in any form for any loss or damage to exhibitors property at the venue or injury
to their personnel and visitors. Night security provided by NIMHANS Convention Centre is available as an
extra precautionary measure to safeguard the stalls but neither ACCE(I) nor NIMHANS Convention
Centre will accept any responsibility or liability of any kind for any failure/shortcoming in security.
Details actually provided at the venue may differ slightly from those shown and given herein depending on
site conditions and no claims shall be entertained on this account. The decision of the Chairman -
Exhibition Committee will be final and binding in regard to change in layout or final allotment of stall based
on availability and enforcement of these rules and regulations as laid down by the Organisers
