REMINDER ON ATTIRE MALE FEMALE • no sandals, flip-flops, • do not wear slits that trainers, sport shoes, exposes thighs and legs sneakers, etc (front, back and side) • no collared shirts • no high heels • no t-shirts • no open-toe shoes • no shawls, pashminas, instant tudong,etc
REMINDERS ON GRADUATION ROBE • You are responsible for the care of the graduation robe • Graduation robe will be considered sold if found damaged or lost • Request to change size after the collection of robes will be subject to availability
USEFUL TIPS ON GRADUATION ROBE •Use small pins to attach the hood to the gown •Use double sided tapes to attach the gandi on top of the tudong

HOW TO CARE FOR RENTED GRADUATION ROBE •No need to wash the graduation robe and hood •Iron with a piece of cloth on top of the hood/robe •All pins needs to be taken off before returning the robe and hood

INVITATION • 2 invitation cards for both morning and afternoon session • National dress / lounge suit • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to attend the convocation ceremony

IMPORTANT REMINDERS • graduates need to report to marshals at chancellor hall basement at 7:00am and 1:00 pm • Those who do not have their attendance taken at the CH basement, their names will be crossed out from the list and will not be allowed to join the procession
IMPORTANT REMINDERS seating arrangements may change accordingly
IMPORTANT REMINDERS • graduate procession starts 8:15 am and 2:15 pm • arrive early to avoid traffic congestion
IMPORTANT REMINDERS refreshments will not beserved during rehearsals and actual day food vendors stationed in chancellor hall
