REMINDERS ON GRADUATION ROBE
• You are responsible for the care of the graduation
  robe
• Graduation robe will be considered sold if found
  damaged or lost
• Request to change size after the collection of
  robes will be subject to availability

•Use small pins to attach the hood to
 the gown
•Use double sided tapes to attach the
 gandi on top of the tudong

•No need to wash the graduation robe and
 hood
•Iron with a piece of cloth on top of the
 hood/robe
•All pins needs to be taken off before
 returning the robe and hood

• Any item returned after 15th September 2018 will be
  penalised for BND$10.00 per week
• If item is still not returned by 31st December 2018, it
  will be considered sold

• graduates need to report to marshals at chancellor
  hall basement at 7:00am and 1:00 pm

• Those who do not have their attendance taken at the
  CH basement, their names will be crossed out from
  the list and will not be allowed to join the procession

• graduate procession starts 8:15 am
  and 2:15 pm
