Vision and values Our vision To be a leading chemical-free water treatment company in Africa, proudly delivering environmental sustainability to our clients, communities and stakeholders, by enhancing the natural contributions of our products. Business and Accounting) Director - General manager Kobus has more than 30 years’ experience in business management, specializing in accounting and finance. His business experience includes specialized retail and whole sale activities, transportation and distribution, aviation and commercial management of large mining and industrial contracts. 4
Matsemela Zacharia Shibambo (B. Eng) Director - Reliability engineering Zach is our reliability engineer with experience in asset management, equipment risk analysis, asset tactics development/review and optimization, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and project engineering within the Water Treatment, Pulp and Paper, Mining, Chrome Minerals and Oil & Gas industry. Dr. Janco Vermeulen (PhD. Eng) Director – Engineering services Janco is our chemical-free water treatment specialist. His experience and Post-Doctoral Degree focused on energy management and optimization of south Africa’s deep-level mines. He is our engineering manager, responsible for the design, development, implementation and operational sustainability of our plants and services. Johan Trollip Project and SHE manager Johan has 27 years’ experience in the industrial field of water treatment plants and boilers. He also has extensive knowledge of surface engineering, fabrication and construction management. He is also responsible for extending his experience to our younger role players in the form of training and exposure, to be competent in the project and SHEQ management environment. 5
Tshwanelo Clinton Khanye Safety officer Tshwanelo is a qualified paramedic, firefighter and first aider. As part of our project team, he is responsible for our SHEQ management and internal health and safety training. John Nkosinathi Simelane Technician John has experience in supervising and leading technical maintenance and installation teams. He is responsible for our service level agreement risk assessments. He has various skills including: • Working at heights • Rope technician level 1 Robert Trollip Construction supervisor Robert has experience in supervising and leading technical maintenance and installation teams.
