Anwendung EHRPORT-Portalwaschanlagen:

IS Intensive Shampoo für EHRPORT als Bürstenshampoo:
• Pur bis 1:10 vorverdünnt über Dosierpumpe der Bürstenwaschzone zuführen.
Die Dosierung soll so eingestellt werden, dass bei Auftrag eine leichte Schaumbildung zu erkennen ist.
Jedoch nur soviel dosieren, dass die Klarspülung der Waschanlage das Shampoo noch abzuspülen vermag.
Manuelle Anwendung und im HD-Gerät:
• Dosierung im HD-Gerät so wählen, dass eine leichte Schaumbildung zu erkennen ist. Bei Handwäsche
Verdünnung zwischen 1:500 - 1:1000. Wenn die Wassertemperatur 60 ºC übersteigt und/oder mit sehr
hartem Wasser gearbeitet wird (> 25º dH), muss zur Vermeidung von Kalkbildung ein Flüssigenthärter
zudosiert werden.
Anwendung als „Ablaufshampoo“ in Anlagen ohne Trocknungsgebläse (z.B. Nutzfahrzeugwäsche):
• Minimale Dosierung wählen. Die Endverdünnung beträgt ca. 1:2000
Verbrauch pro PKW:
• ca. 5-10 ml mit Standard PE-Bürsten
• ca. 10-15 ml mit Textil

• Nachdem das Fahrzeug gewaschen wurde, wird das Produkt ohne vorherige Klarspülung im
Schaumverfahren aufgetragen. Dabei ca. 30-50 ml pur über eine Dosierpumpe auf ca. 5 bis 10 l
Wasser dosieren. Die Endverdünnung sollte nicht über 1:100 - 1:150 (1%-0,66%) liegen.
DP GlanzPolitur für EHRPORT als Bürstenshampoo:
• Bei Waschanlagen mit niedriger Gebläseleistung und/oder sehr schnellen Gebläseüberfahrten.

In Anlagen mit Gebläsetrocknung:
• Pur über eine Dosierpumpe mit geringer Förderleistung (max. 6 l/h).
Bei Auftrag als Heißwachs soll die Temperatur nicht über 60 ºC liegen.
In SB-Waschplätzen und Nutzfahrzeugwaschanlagen:
• Im Gegensatz zu Anlagen mit Gebläsetrocknung wird an diesen Anlagen ein verzögerter
Aufriss erwünscht, damit das Wasser besonders großflächig und vollständig ablaufen kann.
Deshalb ist es wichtig, das Produkt für diese Anwendungsfälle in einer sehr hohen
Verdünnung einzusetzen (Endverdünnung ca. 1:2500 bis 1:5000). Dosierung pur über Dosierpumpe.

result when using fresh water in the last maintenance program. Also suitable for
convertible tops. Drains the water from the car surface like a film and leaves a
