HEATHER GERONEMUS Director of Corporate Affairs & Corporate Social Responsibility UKG Heather Geronemus is Director of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), where she drives the strategic direction of customer, financial, international, and thought leadership public relations and the company’s global corporate philanthropic investments. Heather is an accomplished nonprofit volunteer leader serving organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Heart Association, The Sheriff’s Foundation of Broward County and many more. Heather is the chairwoman of MADD’s National Board of Directors, and a member of the board of directors for the Center for Disaster Philanthropy. Her work to end drunk driving has been profiled in People Magazine, the Sun Sentinel, and she has appeared on NBC, ABC and CBS. Heather is a sought-after speaker on a variety of leadership topics and is a graduate of New York University. 7
LAURIE JENNINGS President Laurie Jennings Live Laurie Jennings is a six-time Emmy award-winning reporter and anchor whose career spans 30 years in both network and local TV news. After 15 years leading the weeknight newscasts on Local 10, WPLG-TV, Laurie has launched her own media company, “Laurie Jennings LIVE”. Laurie is passionate about representing the best of our community as a TV brand ambassador for three South Florida businesses and a frequent emcee for her favorite charities, including United Way, Chapman Partnership and March of Dimes. This proud Cornell graduate earned her master’s from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. Laurie and her husband, Josh, stay very active raising their 15-year-old identical twin boys. 8
JESSICA MARRA Attorney Kelley Kronenberg Jessica Marra is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg and focuses her practice on general liability and third party insurance defense litigation with a background in criminal law, workers’ compensation, contract disputes, and administrative matters. Jessica’s extensive litigation experience, work ethic and methodical attention to detail have enabled her to excel in her field and zealously represent her clients. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit where she tried numerous cases to verdict as a felony prosecutor. Jessica graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broward College of Law where she served as Student Body President. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. 9
JENNIFER O’FLANNERY ANDERSON, PH.D President/CEO Community Foundation of Broward Jennifer O’Flannery Anderson, Ph.D. is the President and CEO of the Community Foundation of Broward (CFB). As the voice of philanthropy in Broward County, the CFB connects donors who care with issues that matter. Before joining the CFB she served as Vice President of Advancement and Community Relations at Nova Southeastern University and worked at Florida Atlantic University as VP for Community Engagement and Executive Director of the FAU Foundation. Previously, she was President/CEO of the United Way of Broward County. Jennifer currently serves on the board of Funding Arts Broward, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and PACE Center for Girls. She is a graduate of both Leadership Florida and Leadership Broward. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University; a master’s degree from the University of South Florida; and a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration from FAU. In 2021 Jennifer received History Fort Lauderdale’s Trailblazer award. She has called Fort Lauderdale home for more than 21 years and lives there with her husband, Peter, and their two rescue dogs, Annie and Pearl. 10
KIM SAISWICK, EdD, RN, LMHC Vice President of Community Health & Well-Being Holy Cross Health Kim Saiswick serves as Vice President of Community Health and Well-Being for Holy Cross Hospital. In her role, she leads, develops and oversees the implementation of policy, system and environmental change strategies, as well as programs and outreach strategies, in communities throughout the non-profit hospital’s service area. Involved with local and statewide policy making boards and community networks, Kim has worked alongside community peers and colleagues to advocate for change and improvement in health-related systems, with a special focus on vulnerable, disenfranchised, and poor individuals and families. Kim’s community involvement also includes serving as chairman of Hope South Florida and as a board director for Light of the World Clinic and the Second Chance Society. She has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Masters in Psychology and Doctorate in leadership. 11
