NEWS 3 Marian's 50th anniversary of their founding charisms On 16 November Marian Catholic College marked the 50th anniversary of the school with the blessing of two sculptures. On the evening of 13 November the College formally farewelled Year 12 at their 2020 Graduation. The Range was an elegant dining and dancing space for this special occasion and the night began with the presentation of the graduates. S C H O O L G R A D U AT I O N S 9 Marian Catholic College The Graduation of Year 12 2020 Marian Catholic Griffith College was held on Friday November 13 at the Yoogali Club, Griffith. Eighty-one students were present and they celebrated this event with two guests each and a small group of staff. It was very special to see all the students dressed up for the occasion. This has been a challenging year for everyone and it was wonderful that the students had the opportunity to have commemorate this milestone with their parents. We were fortunate to have Bishop Mark Edwards attend and he presented the students with their graduation certificates. In the unusual circumstances of this year, Year 12 2020 have been forced to reflect and slow down, to appreciate the gift of human interaction and to grow in resilience. We wish them all the very best in their future endeavours and have confidence they will rise to challenges placed before them. St Francis De Sales Regional College Leeton St Francis De Sales Regional College held their 2020 Year 12 Graduation on 21 November at the Yoogali Club in Griffith. The event had to be held out of town due to COVID regulations. The graduation dinner proved to be a joyous celebration of everything that is good about St Francis College.
