For everyone’s convenience please do not overload. 8 Please do not play music or instruments after l0pm or before 8am. 9 Pit or open fires not allowed. BBQs must be 12” off the ground. Be especially mindful in hot weather. Ensure coals are fully extinguished before disposing. 10 All public buildings and accommodation at Newlands are non smoking. 11 Only food and drink purchased in the Tow Bar can be consumed in the complex. Newlands has an access statement available from Reception for partially abled customers on request. Guests are kindly reminded not to leave valuables lying around unattended and Pop into our sales office and enquire about the latest model to report any theft to staff and the local Police.
