Hello!
Welcome to the EMSA U5 Mini Fest! In this program you will find schedules, important game
information and what other activities are happening at the Mini Fest.

IMPORTANT: Information About The Game • Ensure that you have found your correct team on the schedule. We have a few teams with the same name. All coach’s last names are listed beside their team name for easier identification purposes. • Mini Fest Headquarters can be reached by calling 587.338.8316. • You do NOT need to check in when you arrive. Just go straight to your field. • Each team plays one 20 minute fun game. Time is kept by the coaches. Please try and start your game on time to avoid a domino effect of other games running late. You have a 30 minute time slot on the field just in case you run over a bit. • Game format is 3 versus 3. Each team shall have 3 players on the field at a time. • Player changes can be made on the fly and/or coaches can stop play every few minutes to make a substitution. • Just as in your league games there are no referees for your game. You as a coach are asked to help out on the field along with the opposing team’s coach. • Both teams are asked to bring a regulation size 3 ball with them. Nets will already be on site so you do not need to bring yours. • The event is about having fun so no scores will be kept. • At the end of your game, please have your entire team proceed directly to the medal presentation tent area. Please have your team line up single file and your players will be officially presented a Mini Fest medal. • For the health of our little ones and spectators, we are prohibiting any smoking around the fields or play areas. If you wish to smoke you MUST go to the main parking lot. Coaches are asked to pass this message along to the families of your players. • There are NO animals (except service animals) permitted at the EMSA West Complex. Please ensure the families of your players are aware of this. • Please park in designated parking stalls only. • Please ensure all garbage is put into the appropriate waste receptacles. This includes sunflower seeds, apple cores, etc. DO NOT leave anything on the ground even if it will decompose.
Other Happenings at the Mini Fest
• 10:00am – 3:00pm – Bouncy Castles (complimentary)
• 10:00am – 3:00pm – Face Painting (complimentary)
• 10:00am – 3:00pm – Balloon Twisting (complimentary)
**** Please inform your player’s parents that the bouncers,
face painting and balloon twisting will begin at 10am and end
promptly at 3:00pm. Players are welcome to come anytime
between 10am – 3pm to enjoy these activities.
FOOD TRUCK
.There will be food trucks on site, where you can purchase: Coffee, pops, water,
