THE ROOSTERS 2022 BUCKEYE BOWL GAME GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win
Any Purchase Will Not Increase Your Odds of Winning

The Ohio State University and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers,
directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “OSU Entities”) will have no liability or
responsibility for any claim arising in connection with any participation in this Giveaway or the prizes awarded.
The OSU Entities have not offered or sponsored this Giveaway in any way. However, as further discussed
below, the Giveaway Entities (as defined below), the OSU Entities, M2Marketing, LLC, and Perk Social have
partnered with one another in order to advertise both the Giveaway and the Buckeye Nation Rewards Program,
being a loyalty rewards program presented by the OSU Entities (“Buckeye NRP”).
The Sponsor of the Giveaway (as defined below) is Roosters Restaurants Management Corp., an Ohio corporation
(“Roosters”) with an address of P.O. BOX 998 Pickerington, OH 43147-0998. All participants agree to be bound by
the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by
Roosters, including the resolution of disputes relating to this Giveaway, which are final and binding. In addition, all
participants who submit any additional entries for this Giveaway, as authorized by these Official Rules, through the
Buckeye NRP agree to be bound by both (i) the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; and (ii) any and all terms,
conditions, rules, and regulations presented on or through the Buckeye NRP platform, including the website
(at http://buckeyenationrewards.com/) and related Mobile App (collectively, the “Platform”),by the OSU Entities, its
Buckeye NRP Platform vendors, and sponsors, as the same may be updated or revised from time to time.1. THE ROOSTERS 2022 BUCKEYE BOWL GAME GIVEAWAY (the “Giveaway”) begins on Monday,
August 29, 2022 at 12:00am and ends on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 11:59pm with the final Grand Prize Winner
to be announced by December 2, 2022 (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is offered and open to legal residents of the United States, who are of legal
age of majority in Ohio and at least 18 years of age. Employees of: 1) Roosters and its affiliated companies, parents,
subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their
households, are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway. For the purposes of this section, “immediate family” means
spouses, children, parents, siblings, or any members of the same household of any employee or director.
3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING. During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete their name, birthdate, telephone
number, city of residency, and email address (if available), and accept these Official Rules on the official entry form
(the “Roosters Entry Form”) made available either online by visitinghttps://roosterswings.com/contests/2022-
buckeye-bowl/ (the “Contest Webpage”) from a computer or mobile device or at a participating Roosters location
during the Giveaway Period (a list of the participating Roosters locations is provided below). After entrants have
supplied their email addresses, Roosters may contact any entrant with information about Roosters’ e-club. The
Giveaway Entities assume no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrect, misaddressed, or misdirected entries. It is
the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Roosters if his or her contact information changes. Upon completing a
Roosters Entry Form, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. To enter each
day, participants are required to complete additional Roosters Entry Forms. Limit of one (1) submission of a Roosters
Entry Form per person per day during the Giveaway Period. In addition, entrants who register for the Buckeye NRP
during the Giveaway Period will have the opportunity to receive: (i) one (1) additional entry for the Giveaway during
the week within which the entrant completes the registration; and (ii) additional entries for the Giveaway as the entrant
completes certain tasks and actions on the Buckeye NRP Platform (individually referred to as an “Additional Buckeye
NRP Entry” and if more than one Additional Buckeye NRP Entry is submitted, the “Additional Buckeye NRP
Entries”). Each entrant shall have the option, but not the obligation, to pursue and obtain Additional Buckeye NRP
Entries. For simplicity, the Roosters Entry Form, and the Additional Buckeye NRP Entries shall sometimes hereinafter
be collectively referred to as the “Entries.” All Entries become property of Roosters and will not be returned to
entrants. All Entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period. Roosters will not verify receipt of Entries. Odds
of winning vary depending on the number of eligible participants who participate.
4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Each week during the Giveaway Period, ten (10) Weekly Prize Winners will be
selected, and one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. Each week the Weekly Prize Winners and the Grand Prize
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Roosters, through the use of an electronic number
generator, among all eligible Entries received according to these Official Rules. All winning Entries will be selected
from all the eligible entries received by Roosters as set forth below every week for a period of thirteen (13) weeks
during the Giveaway Period (12 Game Weeks) for a total of one hundred and twenty (120) Weekly Prize Winners and
twelve (12) Grand Prize Winners. All Weekly Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners will be contacted via email (if
provided by entrant on the Entry Form) or by telephone. For promotional purposes, all Weekly Prize Winners and
Grand Prize Winners may also be announced on social media. In no event shall any entrant who has been selected as
a Grand Prize Winner for the Roosters 2022 Buckeye Bowl Trip be selected as a Grand Prize Winner for a different
week during the Giveaway Period for the Roosters 2022 Buckeye Bowl Trip Giveaway.

State Buckeyes are scheduled to have a bye week and will not be playing a game on October 15, 2022. The entries
from this week (week 7) will be added to the week 8 entries and a grand prize winner will be drawn on October 24,
2022.
5. WEEKLY PRIZES: One Hundred and Twenty (120) total Weekly Prizes will be awarded subject to the terms
contained within the Official Rules. One Hundred and Twenty (120) (being 10 individuals each week during the
Giveaway Period) will receive the following prizes: (i) One (1) Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) Roosters Gift Certificate.
All Weekly Prize Winners will be contacted via email (if provided by entrant on the Entry Form) or by telephone.
Roosters shall use reasonable efforts to contact the Weekly Winner. If Roosters is unable to contact the Weekly Winner
selected, the Weekly Prize shall be forfeited, and Roosters will have no obligation to select another Weekly Winner
for that week.
36. GRAND PRIZES: Twelve (12) total Grand Prizes will be awarded subject to the terms contained within the
Official Rules. Twelve (12) Grand Prize Winners will receive the following prizes: (i) One (1) Twenty-Five dollar
($25.00) Roosters gift certificate; and (ii) the Grand Prize: two (2) tickets to one of the following Ohio State Buckeyes
football games as determined by the 2022 Ohio State Buckeyes football schedule (which Roosters reserves the right
to select in its sole and absolute discretion): (A) Ohio State Buckeyes College Football Playoff Semifinal Game; or
(B) in the event the Ohio State Buckeyes do not advance to a College Football Playoff Semifinal Game, the Ohio State
Buckeyes Bowl Game; provided (and it being understood) that in the event that the Ohio State Buckeyes do not
advance to a College Football Playoff Semifinal Game or a Bowl Game, any and all Grand Prize Winners shall receive
two (2) tickets to an Ohio State Buckeyes football game during the 2023 Ohio State Buckeyes football season (which
Roosters reserves the right to select in its sole and absolute discretion). In addition, Grand Prize Winners will receive:
airfare for two (which shall be out of Columbus, Ohio to the destination city of the football game, if applicable),
ground transportation to and from the destination city airport and game , hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) hotel
room for a number of nights determined by Roosters in its sole and absolute discretion), daily breakfast for two, and
taxes/gratuities are included. Personal escort services are provided by Travel Partners Specialty Tours Staff; and all
Grand Prize Winners will receive a gift bag. Estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is $4,000 per person / $8,000
per trip. Each Grand Prize Winner and their designated guest shall be responsible for the transportation necessary to
arrive in Columbus, Ohio for the flight to the destination city of the football game, if applicable, and all costs associated
with the same. In addition, each Grand Prize Winner and their designated guest shall be responsible for the
transportation necessary, and all costs associated with the travel required to return to their primary residences from
Columbus, Ohio upon the conclusion of the football game. Grand Prize Winner and their designated guest are
responsible for conducting themselves in a professional and appropriate manner in connection with their receipt and/or
use of the Grand Prize. Roosters reserves the right to terminate Grand Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Winner’s
guest’s use of the Grand Prize at any time, effective immediately to the extent Roosters determines, in its sole
discretion, that Grand Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Winner’s guest is behaving in a lewd, offensive, immoral,
and/or unprofessional manner or otherwise conducting themselves in a manner that could detract from the reputation
and/or goodwill of the Roosters brand.
7. RESTRICTIONS: Entries are valid only on dates specified; no alternate dates available. All other expenses
not specifically mentioned herein are each Weekly Prize Winner’s and/or Grand Prize Winner’s and their guest’s
responsibility (as applicable). Roosters assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled
events. Roosters reserves the right to select seating. If a travel guest is a minor under the age of 18, the Grand Prize
Winner must be minor’s parent or legal guardian and must accompany the minor at all times.
8. GENERAL TERMS: No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances or odds of
winning. No substitution of prize is offered; no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. Roosters reserves the
right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize is unavailable. Void where prohibited
or restricted by law. Prize recipients (whether such individual is a Weekly Prize Winner or a Grand Prize Winner) will
be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes based upon the final value of
the prize as determined by Roosters at the conclusion of the Giveaway. Grand Prize Winners will receive an IRS Form
1099 for the full retail value of the prize as set forth in these rules. By participating in this Giveaway, all entrants agree
to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Roosters and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the
Giveaway or these Official Rules. Any travel or transportation costs associated with collecting any prize will be the
sole responsibility of each the Weekly Prize Winner and the Grand Prize Winner.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: Weekly Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners will be notified
within four (4) days of the applicable drawing. Weekly Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners will first be notified
by email (if provided by entrant on the Entry Form) or via telephone. All prizes must be claimed within three (3) days
of notification. If any prize is not claimed within three (3) days of email or telephone notification by Roosters to
Weekly Prize Winner or Grand Prize Winner, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected; it
being agreed to and understood that Roosters shall be under no obligation to select an alternate winner. Weekly Prize
Winners will be mailed their Weekly Prize. Within five (5) days after claiming their prize, each Grand Prize Winner
will be required to visit one (1) of the twenty-seven (27) participating Roosters locations located within the state of
Ohio in order to: (i) complete all paperwork required to claim their Grand Prize; (ii) have his or her photograph taken;
and (iii) retrieve One (1) Twenty-Five dollar ($25.00) Roosters gift certificate. All Grand Prize Winners must complete
and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form. Any guest of a Grand Prize Winner shall also
be required to sign and return a release before a Grand Prize is awarded.

The Giveaway Entities (as defined above in Section 2) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or
inaccurate entry information or for any faulty or illegible entry; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction
or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; or (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with
regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of
the operation of this Giveaway or as it relates to the Buckeye NRP and any information provided by entrant in order
to participate in the Buckeye NRP. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons
which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or
proper conduct of this Giveaway, then Roosters reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. All entrants agree that the Giveaway Entities assume no responsibility
or liability as it relates to the Buckeye NRP and any information provided by entrant in order to participate in the
Buckeye NRP and that all entrants shall be bound by the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the Buckeye NRP
as more specifically set forth and presented on or through the Buckeye NRP platform.
510. PUBLICITY RELEASE TERMS: Except where prohibited by law, the acceptance by any Weekly Prize
Winner or Grand Prize Winner of a prize constitutes the express grant of permission to the Giveaway Entities to use
the name, voice, picture, city of residence or other likeness of the Weekly Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Winner
(as applicable) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, for promotional purposes without compensation as
determined by Roosters.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE GIVEAWAY AND THE PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The Giveaway Entities expressly
disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or
subsequent use of the prizes awarded. The Giveaway Entities make no representations or warranties concerning the
appearance, safety, or performance of any prizes awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. This
Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This Giveaway is also void where restricted in a
manner not satisfied by the publication of these terms and conditions.
12. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: Weekly Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners, by acceptance of
a prize, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the GIVEAWAY ENTITIES from any and all
liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage or losses, including death, to persons and
property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for,
participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
13. PRIZE WINNERS LIST/RULES: For a copy of the Weekly Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners (the
“Winners List”) list or a copy of these Official Rules, please send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Roosters
Restaurants at 6140 Dublin Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017. Please specify in your correspondence whether you are
requesting a copy of the Official Rules or the Winners list. The Winners list will be available within thirty (30) days
