When you reach it you will feel accomplished and willing to set the next one! Goals need to be customized to each individual to match your own capabilities and desires. Goals can be anything from walking 2-3 miles per week, lifting a set amount of weight, touching your toes, playing ball comfortably with your kids or grandkids, or having the ability to stand long enough to wash you dishes!
