OC-135 Open Skies AFLCMC… Providing the Warfighter’s Edge OC-135B Background: n The AF supports the Treaty with two dedicated OC-135Bs n Each A/C is equipped with Treaty- compliant wet film camera system n PDMs accomplished at OC-ALC n Wet film camera system maintained by Northrop-Grumman n Potential Recap starting 2019 The Treaty on Open Skies: Digital Visual Imaging System (DVIS): n The Treaty enhances mutual n Replaces existing wet film cameras with understanding and confidence by full digital suite giving all participants, regardless of n EMD/Production contract awarded to size, a direct role in gathering Kihomac in Feb 16 information about areas of concern n Prototype A/C Modification - Jan- May 18 n 34 “States Parties” participate n Flight Test Readiness Review – Jul 18 n States Parties conduct unarmed observation flights over each other’s territory 8 Fueling the Fight!

Tinker AFB KC-46 Stand-Up Status AFLCMC… Providing the Warfighter’s Edge n Activities to date n Infrastructure and land preparation complete for first phase n Exterior wall and roof panels being installed on Single Bay Hangar n Two-Bay Maintenance Hangar structural steel complete n Exterior wall and roof panels will commence next n Concrete pavement approximately 99% complete and taxiway edge lighting installation underway n Depot System Integration Laboratory (SIL) design build strategy and 1st and 2nd floor wall framing complete n Future Activities n Initial Depot C-Checks Support Equipment requirement and contract action complete – Scheduled delivery to start in Aug 18 n Begin Supportability and Work Specification for depot input (FY18) n Supply List of Material identified – DLA and 448 begin staging of parts n Initial Depot personal training complete – additional training to begin in Sep 18 13 Fueling the Fight!
