Supa Quick – Kids Car Campaign Terms and Conditions Please read these Competition rules carefully. These Competition rules (“rules”) explain your rights and duties in connection with this Competition. If you take part in this Competition or accept any prize, these rules will apply to you and you agree that the Promoter can assume that you have read and have agreed to be legally bound to these Competition rules. 1. Introduction Supa Quick (Pty) Ltd is running a Kids Car Campaign. Buy any products or services in- store to the value of R 500.00 or more and receive an entry into the draw to win 1 of 190 kids electric cars. Purchase any of the following brands (Willard Batteries, Bridgestone, Cooper Tires, Monroe, ATE or Supa Power) and receive an additional entry into the draw. The competition is open from 1 November to 30 November 2021. 2. Definitions 2.1 “Participant” means the person who spent R 500.00 or more and if the “Participant” has purchased any of the following brands (Willard Batteries, Bridgestone, Cooper Tires, Monroe, ATE or Supa Power) will receive an extra entry into the draw. 2.2 Promoter” means Supa Quick or Bridgestone Retail Pty (Ltd) or its agencies used to promote this Competition. 3. Prize 3.1 The Prize is 1 of 190 Kids Electronic Cars. The kids electric cars available to win are: o Kids electric BMW GT o Kids electric Jeep o Kids electric Range Rover o Kids electric Ford Ranger 3.2 Each Supa Quick store is allocated one of the above kids electric cars. The winning participant will win the car on display from the store that they purchased from. Winners may not choose another kids electric car.
3.2 If the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for a different prize of similar value. 4. Whom May enter 4.1 All Participants in the Kids Car Campaign must, at the time of entering the Competition: 4.2 Must have spent R 500.00 or more at any Supa Quick. 4.3 Be a natural person and be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age; 4.4 Be a citizen and legal resident of the Republic of South Africa; 4.5 Be in possession of a valid South African identity document, resident/work permit and/or driver’s licence; and 4.6 Be residing or be present in South Africa for the duration of the Promotional Period and for the period during which the prize draws and the delivery or collection of the prize/s takes place. 4.7 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or add to at any time during the term of the Promotion. 5. Competition Period 5.1 The Competition will commence on 1st of November 2021 and conclude on the 30th of November 2021. 6. How this Competition works? 6.1 Participants must have spent R 500.00 or more at any Supa Quick store Nationwide during the competition period, and if any of the following brands are purchased (Bridgestone, Monroe, ATE, Supa Power, Willard, and Cooper tyres) an additional entry will be received. 6.2 Participant’s must complete the entry form in-store with their contact details and invoice details and drop the entry form in the entry box provided. 6.3 Once the competition has concluded one winner per store will be drawn randomly from all entries received for that particular store. 6.4 Winning participants will be required to collect the kids electric car from the Supa Quick store they purchased from.
6.5 Winner announced on the 24th of December 2021 on the Supa Quick Facebook page. 7. General 7.1 For any queries about the Competition, please email Yolandi Grundeling at Yolandi.grundeling@bridgestone.co.za 7.2 South African law governs this Competition. In the case of a stock returned for a cash refund, any entry received for the original sale will be cancelled. 7.3 Only entries placed in the entry box provided can be used for the random draw. 7.4 The “Participant” may enter the competition as many times as they qualify. Each entry must be accompanied by a new invoice number. 7.5 By accepting the entry, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this competition. 7.6 The competition is open to all South African Citizens (in possession of a valid South African Id book or card) and who are older than 18 years of age. 7.7 The “Participant” must enter their correct contract details. If a winner has given incorrect contact details, or cannot be reached within 24 hours, Supa Quick reserves the right to select another winner as per these terms and conditions. 7.8 The promoter, will not be liable for any costs or expenses in respect of the prize including, but not limited to costs and expenses relating to the collection, delivery registration, insurance, possession, use or maintenance or service plans of the prize. 7.9 If the “Participant” is a winner of a prize in the competition, the “Participant” consents to Supa Quick using the “Participant’s” name and photo to publicly announce the “Participant” is a winner. Supa Quick will request the winner to permit the use of his/her image in marketing material. 7.10 By entering the competition, the “Participant” authorises Supa Quick to use their information for future communication. 7.11 No liability shall attach to the Promoter in relation to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss
arising out of the prize. The Promoter is not liable for any defects in the prizes. Ownership of and the risk in and benefit attached to the prize will pass to the winner immediately. Standard warranties from the supplier will apply. 7.12 In the event that a winner is disqualified in terms of these terms and condition a replacement winner will be drawn. 7.13 You will not be eligible to participate in the competition if you are a staff member, director and their respective life partners, business partners, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member of; The suppliers and advertising agencies of the Promoter. 7.14 The decision of Promoter, and the judges are final and may not be challenged. No correspondence will be entered in to. 7.15 A copy of these competition rules will be available at www.supaquick.co.za IMPORTANT NOTICE: You agree to indemnify the Promoter fully for any loss or damage the Promoter may suffer because you breached the Competition rules. Under this entire clause “indemnify” means you agree to reimburse the Promoter for the following: any loss or damage they suffer, any expenses and costs they paid or are responsible for. Legal costs means costs on an attorney and own client scale. You also agree to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or damage you suffered because you took part in this Competition or used the Prize. If you use or accept the Prize, you understand that you do so of your own free will. This means that you cannot hold the Promoter legally responsible for any loss or damage or legal expenses you suffered because you took part in this Competition or used the Prize. You furthermore agree to indemnify the Promoter fully for any loss, damage, claim, or injury that may occur because of the use of the Prize or your inability to use the Prize for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, loss, death or financial damages caused to any person other than yourself. You therefore agree that you cannot hold the Promoter legally responsible for any loss or damage or legal expenses or medical expenses you suffered caused because you used the Prize/prize. You will protect the Promoter from being held legally responsible for the loss or damage or legal expenses of another person (legal or natural) if such loss or damage or expense was incurred because:
You breached the Competition rules; You took part in this Competition; and/or You or any person used a Prize.
