Summer Nature Day Camp 2020 Why Nature Day Camp? Summer camp can provide an awesome experience that’s fun, friendly, and exciting! It can also provide benefits that go beyond the camp session. Research shows that children who engage in outdoor activities like camp are more physically active, better critical thinkers, have fewer emotional difficulties, gain self-esteem, and are mentally creative. “Camp is a great way for children to learn and explore in a non-classroom setting. They are so inquisitive about nature and want to spend all day out on the trails!”-Jennifer LoDico, Camp Director TNC strives to give our campers a great experience just like how the staff grew up with.
