Brown Deer Pond Dog Swim Brown Deer Pond is going to the dogs! The Pond is fully enclosed and the Dog Swim Hours perfect spot for your beloved pooch to August 16, 18, 24, & 26 4-7:00 pm play, run and swim. The following Sat, August 21 & 28 10am-1:00 pm guidelines must be followed: Location: Brown Deer Pond Fee: $5 per dog • Dogs must be on a leash when entering the Pond. • Only dogs with an adult or youth Largest and Most age 12 and older may enter the Complete Selection Pond. of Wine, Liquor, • Individuals may wade waist-deep in and Beer! Community Vibes Smart Mouth June 16, 6:00 - 8:30pm Party like its post-1999! Smart Mouth is the region’s premier 2000’s band playing the soundtrack of 2000- Today. With a 100% Billboard top-charting playlist, Smart Mouth plays the greatest hits from the last 20 years, igniting that fun little alter-ego inside every audience member. The ladies can dance. The guys can pull out their air guitars. Everybody can sing-along. Whiskeybelles July 21, 6:00 - 8:30pm The Belles are widely known for captivating shows featuring their own take on classic and obscure vintage-country, Americana, folk-revival and roots- country tunes, with their own originals sprinkled in. They’ve have been compared with the Pistol Annies, Dixie Chicks and Trio (Dolly Parton, Emmy Lou Harris & Linda Ronstadt). The Belles have personalities as big as the Texas skyline with great stage presence and love to share the fun with their audience. Generation Z August 4, 6:00 - 8:30pm Sam Guyton is a 22-year old pop artist born and raised in Milwaukee, now based in New York City. Those who know Sam best will tell you that his energy on stage is exactly the same when he’s not in the spotlight - you can never catch him standing still. Performing isn’t just something that Sam does, it’s in his bones. When he's back in Wisconsin he brings his high energy with solo performances and with his funk/pop band Generation Z. Rhythm Kings August 18, 6:00 - 8:30pm The Milwaukee based Rhythm Kings are a band like no other. They have entertained throughout the Midwest for over the 20 years. With the return of this event, the committee has made some changes and brought back some of your favorites. • Brown Deer Pond will be OPEN for the 2021 season, join the pond staff and cool off! • Live music in the afternoon and evening • Open House at the Schoolhouse Museum • BINGO • Corn Roast and Beer Tent • FIREWORKS!! New this year to the event line up: Food Trucks and a Cornhole Tournament! Please note, that to make it a safe event for all, we recommend social distancing when possible and mask wearing when talking with vendors. Another, change this year is that the park will be closed for the Fireworks. Parking will be able at FIS to view the show. To make this a reality, we need your help this year more than ever. Fourth of July The Brown Deer 4th of July Committee proudly presents the Brown Deer Blast on the 4th for 2021. All activities will be held at the Village Park and Pond, 4920 W. Green Brook Drive, Brown Deer. We look forward to seeing you on the 4th! SPECIAL NOTICE: Park will close at 8:00 p.m. and people will have to leave the Park as spectators will not be allowed in the Park for the Fireworks Show for safety reasons and social distancing. Parking will be available in the FIS parking lot across from Village Hall to watch the show.
