grinding, brazing, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), shielded metal arc
welding (SMAW) and oxy fuel welding. This course is designed for
people who would like to learn basic welding and welding career
requirements and opportunities. Students will be given opportunity to
practice welding, cutting, and bending of coupon plates for CWB weld
testing using GMAW and SMAW processes. CSA approved work boots
are mandatory.
