This can be done online, on the website for the Collectivity (www.comstbarth.fr), or directly at the CFAE office, which is located upstairs at the treasury building in Gustavia. If you got to the office, please present the declaration you received in the mail (you can fill it out once you get there), and pay via credit card, check, or cash. If you pay online via credit card, it is important to note your N° SIRET on the bank transfer information and submit your declaration by mail so that your pay- ment is processed properly. Online payment is open to all businesses and corporations already registered; those recently created cannot pay online the first year. All corporations that are legally located in Saint Barthélemy or conduct ongoing business activity on the island, no matter their corporate structure, must pay the CFAE, before the deadline of March 31, 2020. The amount of the CFAE is a fixed fee of 350€ plus a con- tribution for each employee of the business as of December 31 of last year. As of April 1, 2020, a penalty of 80% is applied.
