Project Scope • Repaving and reconstructing existing pavement • Widening existing sidewalk on south side of Boynton Beach Boulevard to 15 ft. and to 9 ft. on the north side • Adding decorative hardscape with a wave pattern within the expanded sidewalk in coordination with City • Drainage modification to accommodate sidewalk expansion • Retrofitting pedestrian lighting at signalized intersections • Adding shared lane bicycle markings • Upgrading pavement markings and signs and pedestrian signals 13

Maintenance of Traffic • One travel lane open to traffic in each direction at all times. • Access to schools, businesses, churches and residences will be maintained. • Pedestrian access to crosswalks at signalized intersections will be maintained at all times. • Railroad crossing work will occur concurrently with roadway work and will be done using flaggers. 22
