Expectations and requirements during a school closure
Introduction
When school is suspended or the building is not accessible, ‘distance
learning’ will be implemented and the following guidelines will be put in
place. Distance Learning is a way of learning remotely without being in
regular face-to-face contact with your teacher/pupils in a classroom. It is
used to ensure pupils can continue to access the curriculum and make good
progress in all areas of their academic and pastoral development.

It is important to note that each period of ‘Distance Learning’ will be
different and the SLT will reflect on the needs of the school at that time.
The following policy is to be used as a guide and will be subject to
                                   change.

What is remote learning?
There are different definitions out there, but these are the ones
used by the DfE (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/whats-
working-well-in-remote-education/whats-working-well-in-remote-
education?utm_source=12%20January%202020%20C19&utm_medium=Daily%20Em
ail%20C19&utm_campaign=DfE%20C19):

 Remote learning: a broad term encompassing any learning that
happens outside of the classroom, with the teacher not present
in the same location as the pupils. At Falcons Prep, we use
      the term Distance Learning.
 Digital remote education: often known as online learning, this
is remote learning delivered through digital technologies.
 Blended learning: a mix of face-to-face and remote methods. An
example would be the ‘flipped classroom’, where main input
happens remotely (for example through video), while practice
      and tutoring happen in class.
 Synchronous education: this is live; asynchronous education is
when the material is prepared by the teacher and accessed by
the pupil at a later date.

Remote education is a means, not an end. The aim of education is to
deliver a high-quality curriculum so that pupils know more and
remember more. Remote education is one way of doing so.

This means that everything we know about what a quality curriculum
looks like still applies. The remote education curriculum needs to
be aligned to the classroom curriculum as much as possible. And,
just like the classroom curriculum, it needs to be carefully
sequenced and ensure that pupils obtain the building blocks they
need to move on to the next step. Curricular goals should be made as
explicit remotely as they would be in the classroom.
Distance Learning at Falcons Prep
The Falcons Firefly Hub provides a stimulating and rigorous
curriculum, delivering academic continuity and pastoral support,
allowing our pupils to thrive. Since March 2020, we have been
working to introduce a system of remote digital learning to further
enhance our delivery of the highest quality of education.

Learning through our online learning platform – Firefly – with
support from the Office365 package and Microsoft Teams, will be a
new experience for our pupils. Although this will require work to
adapt to this new way of learning, there is real educational and
personal opportunity, much of which has already been felt across the
community. We are committed to ensuring that your child continues to
receive a top-quality education. Working in a more independent,
self-driven setting, you can expect your child to develop as an
effective learner, particularly focusing on their study skills,
creativity and critical thinking; traits on which future progress at
senior school, and beyond, rely. Importantly we are always here for
you and your children.

Provision Timeline
Most school closures will have a specified time but in some
instances, the opening date will not be available and therefore
movement from one phase to another may be required. A school closure
does not need to start at Phase 1. It may be that the school move
immediately to a Phase 3 closure.

Phase 1
A phase 1 closure considers the closing of a school for up to 2
weeks. During this time, staff will provide a range of learning
opportunities on Firefly for boys to complete independently as well
as other possible resources such as books and worksheets. During
this stage of a closure, feedback and assessment opportunities may
not be available, however, staff will endeavor to consider how they
may maintain a positive learning relationship with their pupils.
Communication will be led by the Headteacher with occasional
communication delivered by other staff where required. A form tutor
‘check-in’ will be available during this time with the form tutor
arranging a time to phone home and speak to the parents/boy together
to ensure all is well. Further conversations may be required and
this will be arranged on a 1:1 basis.

Phase 2
A phase 2 closure prepares for the closing of a school for up to 6
weeks (half a term). The delivery of the day-to-day running of the
school will be adapted to ensure that boys and parents are getting
more than just learning resources. The focus here is on maintaining
enthusiasm, support and pastoral care while also providing learning
opportunities. Staff will continue to update resources online but
will now be expected to provide time-bound tasks, live lessons,
feedback and assessment opportunities, pastoral care with live form
sessions, a weekly newsletter with a weekly focus and celebrations,
learning support via Office365/telephone calls, house competitions
and various other initiatives and opportunities. The school is now
in a position whereby we are running the majority of our offering
virtually, including afterschool and enrichment activities and
clubs.

Phase 3
A phase 3 closure consists of a school needing to close in excess of
half a term (6 weeks). This type of closure continues the provision
outlined above but the school will consider further opportunities
for feedback, collaboration and assessment. Formal assessments will
be conducted online in Office365 or through the use of 1:1
interviews with the subject teacher. There will be more feedback
opportunities and the normal reporting process will take place, with
parent evening’s taking place via TEAMs or by progress reports.

The guidance below is set out to ensure that all parties of the
school are informed and a consistent and coordinated approach is
achieved where possible. The guidance is subject to change and does
not cover all areas of the provision. It is here as a guide only.

Outline of Spring Term 2021
Offering
Due to a newly discovered virus strand that is more contagious, on
December 30, 2020, the government announced that some primary schools
would close due to the rising number of Covid cases. Falcons Prep is
located within the borough of Richmond, which was on the government
list. The government stated that early year providers including
nurseries could remain open.

Contingency Framework for Education and Childcare Settings:

contingency-framework-for-education-and-childcare-settings

Since then, England has returned to a full lockdown and no schools
are to open from 5 January. A confirmed re-opening date has not been
given but schools are working towards the second half of the Spring
Term.

The DfE stated on the 7th January 2021 that:
The decision to limit on-site provision to vulnerable children and the
children of critical workers, does not suggest that schools and colleges
are no longer safe places. Instead, limiting attendance is about reducing
the number of contacts that all of us have with people in other households.
We have resisted limiting attendance at schools and colleges until now, but
in the face of the rapidly rising numbers of cases across the country and
intense pressure on the NHS, we now need to use every lever at our disposal
to reduce contacts outside households wherever possible. In all cases,
provision must continue to be made on-site for vulnerable children and the
children of critical workers to safeguard their welfare and ensure
essential services can continue to function.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health has in the last few days
said: “Children’s wards are usually busy in winter. As of now we are not
seeing significant pressure from COVID-19 in paediatrics across the UK. As
cases in the community rise there will be a small increase in the number of
children we see with COVID-19, but the overwhelming majority of children
and young people have no symptoms or very mild illness only. The new
variant appears to affect all ages and, as yet, we are not seeing any
greater severity amongst children and young people.”

There is no evidence the new strain of the virus causes more serious
illness in either children or adults and there continues to be strong
evidence, to date, that children and younger people (those under 18 years
old) are much less susceptible to severe clinical disease than older
people. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Infection Survey data from 2 September to 16 October showed no evidence of
difference in the rates of teachers/education workers testing positive for
COVID-19 compared to key workers and other professions. Additionally,
the Schools Infection Survey (covering 3 to 19 November) found the
infection rate among teachers to be similar to that of the wider
population.

As a result, Falcons Prep – Richmond will be moving to an online
offering, incorporating all that the school as to offer via virtual
means.

Each form class will follow a timetable of live lessons a day
scheduled at 9am, 10am, 11:30 and 2pm. Boys will come together first
with their form each morning at 8:45am where a register will be
taken as well as having time to review the day and cover pastoral
matters.
All lessons are conducted LIVE via Microsoft TEAMs, with links
provided via the school’s online learning platform,
Firefly. Teachers will deliver live, interactive and engaging
lessons, with contributions from all the boys and activities
completed independently as well as together. All boys are expected
to be present, unless an absence has been authorised via matron.

8.45 remains a form period, an opportunity for the class to come
together, review their learning for the day, ask questions and take
the register. The register remains a legal requirement and all data
is sent to the DfE on a daily basis.
9.00 sees the introduction of a new session. Each morning the boys
will enjoy 30 minutes of one of the following sessionss:
    Music with Mr Peckham
    PE with Mr Shaw
 Lifeskills with their form tutor
    General Knowledge
 Assembly as a whole school
10-15:00 will see the delivery of their live lessons. Each lesson
will last an hour and provide boys with the opportunity to hear from
their teacher, collaborate together and complete classwork under the
guidance of staff.

Lesson Types
LIVE lessons (60 minutes):
 Start at the timetabled time
 Every lesson is given a 60minute slot – at least 30 minutes of
this will involve live dialogue as a class, led by the teacher
 Must be interactive – staff will engage with every pupil and
   encourage contributions and collaboration
 Staff may share their screens to go through learning resources
 Boys may be asked to share screens, hold up work to the
camera, feedback verbally, etc – the more the better!!
 The lesson/learning material will not need to fill the
entire 2-hour slot but boys will be completing the expected
   learning in your medium-term plans.

INDEPENDENT learning (homework):
 These will lead to or lead from a LIVE lesson and continue to
develop the learning and progression of the boys
 DIFFERENTIATION is key! Staff will create tasks specific to
   the needs of individual pupils.
 All resources will be provided on the correct Firefly page.
The instructions MUST be clear and self-directed so that adult
help is not needed or required.

The LIVE TEAMs Lesson Session
All lessons are taught live by specialist teachers, via TEAMs. Staff
will only allow access to those boys who have permission to use
TEAMs and those using THEIR OWN SCHOOL EMAIL. Boys will not be
admitted if they are using a parent or personal email account.

Homework
 Boys will follow a homework timetable.
 The school’s homework policy will continue to be followed
 Homework is set on Firefly
 All homework is returned via Firefly
 All homework must be marked and returned to the pupil
  via Firefly

Marking and Feedback...Progress Tracking
Assessing progress is a key element of a high -quality learning
environment. All Homework will be marked by teachers, providing
feedback and targets for future learning. Comments may be provided
on the whole piece of work, or as online feedback on a document.
Much feedback will be given during the live lesson when staff will
be able to comment directly on progress and learning.
Pupils will also have the opportunity to self -mark, with feedback
then given by the teacher. As ever, pupils will be given
opportunities to improve work based on our DIRT (Dedicated
Improvement and Reflection Time) policy.

 Staff will continue to mark work using the marking conventions
as per our Marking and Feedback Policy
 Staff are encouraged to use DIRT to review and reflect on
  individual learning journeys
 Staff are discouraged from using self-assessment as a form of
marking and feedback, or handing out mark schemes for the boys to
mark work themselves. Staff are encouraged to provide active and
formative feedback to each pupil on an individual as well as
  whole class basis.
 Other online learning platforms may be used for languages,
  Maths, English and Reasoning
 Staff will record and track the learning and progress of their
pupils and will provide data for the Director of Learning and
  Innovation at regular intervals.

Pastoral Care
One of Falcon’s many strengths is the effectiveness of its pastoral
care. As always, teachers are available to discuss any subject-
specific academic concerns, and tutors are on hand to support
pupils. Teachers will monitor pupil productivity and work standards
on an individual subject basis, flagging any concerns with tutors.

For information regarding safeguarding please see the schools
safeguarding policy where you will find the following documents in
the appendices:

  1. Safeguarding addendum during a phase 1 closure
  2. Safeguarding addendum during a phase 2 or phase 3 closure

Where the DSL has identified a pupil who would normally receive
pastoral-type support in school, we will ensure that a robust plan
is in place for that pupil through the wellbeing team and the form
teacher. All individual contacts with the pupil will be recorded on
the wellbeing communication tracking sheet. The extra support can
include remote contact; phone contact; more frequent contact;
increased teams meetings or one to one support from the learning
support department.

Falcons Prep recognises that school is a protective factor for
children and young people, and the current circumstances, can affect
the mental health of pupils and their parents/carers. Teachers at
Falcons Prep will take this into consideration when setting
expectations of pupils’ work where they are at home.

Regular pod meetings with form tutors and pastoral leads will take
place with a member of SLT and be fed back to the DSL (or Deputy) as
a forum for sharing information and keeping up to date about
pastoral matters when pupils are at home. There will also be a
wellbeing team meeting every week to discuss specific pupils raised
by staff. Staff will also continue to log pastoral concerns on sims
through the pastoral/behaviour note and inform relevant staff should
they have any pastoral concerns.

Pastoral care of pupils remains a priority and the form teacher will
continue to act as the primary source of support for the boys during
this time. The form teacher will be in contact with the form group:

 Through form times which will occur every morning at 8.45am.
   Via email when required.
 Pupils will also have the option of emailing the form teacher
any concerns or worries they have or staying behind after a
form time for a one-to-one chat. If the form teacher has
concerns, they will raise these in order for the wellbeing
team to arrange a phone call with the pupil.

Merits
Merits can continue to be awarded by teachers on sims. Academic
certificates can also be awarded by teachers as per the Positive
Behaviour Policy. Pupils will be acknowledged in assembly once a
week in a phase 2 or 3 closure and celebrations will also be noted
in the weekly newsletter sent on a Friday during a Phase 2 or 3
closure.

House Events
Each house has an active page on firefly in order to maintain their
engagement with the boys and house activities. During a period of
distance learning, boys will continue to be able to enter and
participate in house events.

Tree House Café
At 14.00 every Friday, boys will come together in vertical house
groups to form a ‘Tree House Café'. Facilitated by a member of
staff, these mixed-age groups will be led by a Y7 or Y8 pupil
and provide a moment of peer support, fun and games. Boys can share
their learning ups and downs, ask questions, talk about what is
going on and generally end the week on a high. Boys will be
encouraged to bring along a snack, such as biscuits/cake to enjoy
during this time.

Medical Provision
Boys with medical needs are in the care of their parents, and as
such their medical needs will be met at home. Should a staff member
become concerned about a pupil and their medical needs, they should
refer to the safeguarding policy and follow the relevant procedure.

Pupils Welfare and Wellbeing
Pupils welfare and wellbeing is of the upmost important at this
time. A wellbeing toolkit has been created and is accessible via
firefly, directly linked to the COVID-19 outbreak, and being
confined to your home. Other wellbeing activities are also available
on firefly in the section ‘Mental Health and Wellbeing’ and includes
a variety of things boys can engage with should they wish to.
Regular form with the form teacher will allow boys to share any
concerns that they have. A parent wellbeing crib sheet was also sent
out at the start of the school closure to encourage parents to
assist in ensuring their son’s wellbeing.

SEND Provision
Boys with additional needs will continue to be supported during a
period of distance learning through differentiated tasks supplied by
the member of staff teaching the lesson. During a phase 2 or 3
closure, one-to-one lessons with the learning support team will be
offered to boys who the school deem it to be beneficial and a
timetable will be put in place. Individual needs of pupils will be
assessed and monitored, and should pupils require further assistance
this will be arranged with learning support or the wellbeing team.

 Peripatetic and LAMDA Lessons
If parents wish to continue their lessons virtually (not in school),
this will be an agreement between the parent and the Music or LAMDA
company/teacher. The parent must inform the school in writing that
they wish to continue their lessons online, and fill in a consent
form provided by the school. The parents acknowledge that they will
need to organise the lesson through their own device (and not that
of the child), and remain present in the room for the duration of
the lesson. LAMDA and Peri teachers have had training via the DSL
and are aware of what to do if they have any concerns about a pupil.

Online safety
Falcons Prep’s Online Safety Lead is: Sophie Wyatt. If the Online
Safety Lead is unavailable, advice can be sought from Peter Cowley
(AfC Adviser for Online Services and Safety).
Falcons Prep will continue to ensure that appropriate filters and
monitoring systems are in place to protect pupils when they are
online on the school’s IT systems or recommended resources.

It is important that all staff who interact with children, including
online, continue to look out for signs a child may be at risk. Any
such concerns should be dealt with in line with the Safeguarding and
Child Protection Policy and where appropriate referrals should still
be made to children’s social care and as required, the police.

Falcons Prep will ensure any use of online learning tools and
systems is in line with privacy and data protection/GDPR
requirements below

Where schools use video conferencing software e.g. Microsoft Teams,
the guidelines below should be followed:

  • Only platforms approved by the school should be used to
      communicate with pupils.
  • Video calls should be held in groups or with an adult present
      at home.
  • Teachers should keep a note of contact with children on the
communication log and the meeting must be pre-arranged with
      the parent.
  • If using Microsoft teams, the video conference must be
recorded and saved within the ‘Teams’ app conversation. You
can find guidance for Teams here . This will allow both the
staff member and the pupil to replay the conversation.
  • Any recordings must not be made or saved on personal devices.
  • Senior leaders should be given access to video sessions so
that they have the functionality to ‘drop in’. If staff do not
give access / do not record communications when asked, senior
leaders will follow up to understand the reasons why.
  • Staff and children should be appropriately dressed at all
      times.
  • All participants must join the video call from an appropriate
place or blur their background (you can find guidance for
      Teams here.)
  • Language must be professional and appropriate, including any
      family members in the background.

Communication
Communication to Pupils
The Daily Learning Notice

To access their learning, pupils will be sent a ‘Daily Learning
Notice’ for the following week at 4pm on a Friday. This will then be
sent every morning at 8.30am to pupils and parents and will be in
the top of their inbox in order to be able to access learning for
the day. The daily learning notice contains important information
about pupils learning and how to access their lessons. Each form has
a section detailing their timetable and lesson links for the lessons
that day. These links take pupils to the correct firefly page for
the lesson, where they are then able to follow the instructions and
join the live lesson element if required.

Assembly

Notices and celebrations will be communicated to boys during the
Friday assembly where merit certificates and subject certificates
will be awarded. Boys will be sent these electronically.

Form Time

Form teachers will communicate any changes or notices to pupils
during the form time every morning at 8.45am. Form times also allow
for boys to interact with each other in a friendly yet safe
environment, supervised by the form teacher. They can raise concerns
during this time or email their form teacher if they would like a
more private conversation. Form teachers can speak to boys
individually at the end of the form time if required.

Communication to Parents
The Daily Learning Notice

The parents are also sent the daily learning notice outlined above.
This is so that parents feel informed regarding their son’s learning
and are able to help their son navigate to a lesson if required.

The Weekly Newsletter

The weekly newsletter is an important source of information for the
parents. It often has a message from the head, teaching and learning
notices, safeguarding and wellbeing updates as well as information
about enrichment and house competitions that boys can get involved
in. Celebrations regarding pupils and their achievements are also
acknowledged via the newsletter during periods of distance learning.

Communication from the Headmistress

When necessary, the Headmistress sends direct communication to
parents via electronic letters send via in touch.

The Parent’s Association

The parent's association communicate with parents to host events and
get togethers virtually. The class reps also often set up groups
where parents can communicate and chat, asking any questions that
are not necessary to contact the school about.
Enrichment & Clubs
Enrichment
Several forms of Enrichment are available to all children:

Lesson Based Enrichment:

Each Firefly lesson has a specific Enrichment element. This will
always be found at the end of the relevant lesson page, and is
highlighted in orange, like this example:

Subject Based/Whole School Enrichment:

There is always enrichment available should boys wish to read around
a topic or explore lateral activities to do with the subject. This
can be found by following this link on Firefly: Clubs and
Enrichment > Subject Enrichment Pages. Here, boys will find links
to each subject’s enrichment pages.

It is also in the Clubs and Enrichment section on Firefly that boys
will find links to all previous Enrichment activities. Boys are
always welcome to submit any enrichment work to their Form Teacher,
the relevant subject teacher, to the Deputy Head, or the Director of
Learning and Innovation.

Daily Clubs and Enrichment Activities:

Led by Mr Shaw, our daily offerings are available to boys on the
Falcons Prep Firefly page. These may range from easy-to-follow
YouTube videos, through the schools YouTube page, to areas you can
independently research.

The schools YouTube channel can be found here:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEInE0KC4TkrCpf7dwcs8Nw

Previous clubs have included:

   Cookery
   Gardening
   Lego
   Quiz
   Fitness
 Reading
    DJ-ing
    HIIT
    Art

The new Enrichment Scheme gives boys a chance to learn and develop
new skills and experiences in different areas. The Enrichment Scheme
has weekly targets for boys to work towards. Dependent on the number
of activities they complete, they will be able to reach the
following awards:

Gold – 5+ Activities (must include one independent activity)

       Silver – 3-4 Activities

       Bronze – 1-2 Activities

All boys that reach the above targets will be commended in assembly
with a certificate.

Key Worker Provision
Falcons Prep staff will be available to provide key worker support
to those in need throughout the period of school closure. All
parents were made aware of this provision and asked to contact the
Headmistress directly for more information.

Our provision will be delivered at the Falcons Pre-Prep site in
Chiswick.

Copy of letter sent to parents requesting support:

Dear Parents,

Thank you for reaching out to us for help in providing supervision for your
son during this period of school closure. We are committed to supporting all
our families during this time and will do all we can to give your son what he
needs.

PLEASE NOTE OUR PROVISION HAS CHANGED
Supervision will take place at Falcons Pre-Prep, Chiswick

You are receiving this communication as you have requested for your son to
attend school on a day between the dates of 11th January - 12th February. The
information below details our provision and the order of the day.

Key Principles
Before signing up for supervision during a period of school closure, please
be aware of the below key principles that schools have been asked to
follow:
1. If it is at all possible for children to be at home, then they
should be; ‘every child who can be safely cared for at home should be,
to limit the chance of the virus spreading’.
         2. If a child needs specialist support, is vulnerable or has a parent
who is a critical worker, then educational provision will be
         available for them.
         3. If it proves necessary, schools can ask for simple evidence that
the parent in question is a critical worker, such as their work ID
badge or pay slip. Please see a list of identified Critical Workers
         here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-
         19-maintaining-educational-provision/guidance-for-schools-colleges-
         and-local-authorities-on-maintaining-educational-provision
         4. Parents should not rely for childcare upon those who are advised to
be in the stringent social distancing category such as grandparents,
friends, or family members with underlying conditions.
         5. Parents should also do everything they can to ensure children are
not mixing socially in a way which can continue to spread the virus.
They should observe the same social distancing principles as
         adults.

We will, of course, support all our families as best we can and are happy to
be able to help. The fewer children to whom we offer this supervision, the
better and the first key principle is essential to our understanding of the
requirement of schools. Therefore, please do not see this provision as a
better alternative to your child/children being at home; it should be the
only option, i.e. where no friend, family member, nanny, au pair or remote
working parent is available at home.

IMPORTANT: Health & Safety
Throughout our supervision, staff will be wearing face coverings/shields
and will remain at least 2m’s from each other and the boys. Boys are
encouraged to wear face coverings, but it is not essential. We also ask the
boys to bring in their own pack of tissues and hand santiser to reduce the
movement of people in the room and sharing of facilities. They must not
bring in items from home that are not needed for learning purposes.

If your son is unwell or has a temperature, he MUST not attend school and
other childcare arrangements must be made. The school is within their right
to ask any boy, at any time, to be collected and return home.

Their temperature will be taken upon arrival and anyone with a temperature
above 37.8 will not be allowed onsite.

beginning 11th January, if you have not already done so. The deadline for
attendance from now on will be every Wednesday at 12pm the week before –
boys will not be accepted after this time.

Drop-Off and Collection
Boys should be dropped off and collected at the main entrance on 2 Burnaby
Gardens, W4 3DT at 8:30am. We ask that adults remain outside and do not
enter the school building.

We ask that boys bring a note with them detailing who will be collecting
them and at what time between 13.00 - 15.00. If you are going to be late,
please call the main school number on

Tel: +44 (0) 20 8747 8393, to let the member of staff on duty know.

Lunch and Refreshments
A hot lunch will be provided for the boys. They will only need a suitable
snack (NO NUTS or sweets) and a refillable water bottle. We are a strictly
NO NUTS school and any unsuitable items will be confiscated.

Possible morning snacks may include:
             Fruit
             Vegetable sticks
             Cereal bar (NO NUTS)
             Rice Cakes
             Cheese Snack

Uniform and resources
Boys are not permitted to wear uniform, this is optional, but they must be
dressed appropriately for the school environment. Boys must bring their
learning materials, including any electronics, with them so that they can
continue with the distance learning offered by their teachers. Realistic
support will be given by the teachers on duty, but it is important to note
that they will also be ‘working’ online and must maintain 2m’s at all
times.

Staffing, First Aid & Safeguarding
Ms McLauglin (Headmistress of Falcons Pre-Prep) will be the DSL and the Head
First Aider whilst the boys are on site. The Key Worker support team and
other volunteers will make up the team supervising pupils in school. We will
remain at the Pre-Prep site until further notice.

All staff have the appropriate training and safeguarding expertise to look
after the children in their care. Normal school policies and procedures
will be followed where appropriate, however, parents must note that there
will be a skeleton team available during this time. Children requiring
medical support such as medication or an EpiPen must bring a note detailing
the need and administration. An email must also be sent to the Head of
School, detailing what medical care the child requires. Any medication must
be carried on the child at all times, unless otherwise stated.

Supervision will not be available during weekends, Bank Holidays or school
holidays and may alter daily as a result of staffing availability and
demand. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible should you
require supervision.

Our priority is the health and wellbeing of the entire school community
including our own staff and as such our provision may need to change at
short notice in line with government guidelines or local developments. We
will do our best to provide supervision every day but there may be the rare
occasion when this cannot be fulfilled.

Kind regards,

Miss Buchanan and the Key Worker Team
