PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE Spring signals new beginnings. We can finally peel back the heavy layers of winter and get motivated again to do the things we love to do. The team, made up of staff and volunteers, has been hard at work putting together a fresh lineup of programs designed to put a spring back in your step. Having listened to your thoughtful feedback, we have adapted our program offering to include more of what inspires you – more trips, more thought- provoking lectures, more avenues for social connections and above all, more reasons to become a Cummings member and partake in the fun! Spring also symbolizes a time for discovering new opportunities for growth and planting seeds for the future. With the excitement of the season, we’re proud to announce the launch of the Cummings Centre’s Strategic Plan. Working in collaboration with Board members, staff, volunteers and members of the community, we’ve developed a roadmap to guide our efforts over the next five years to help sustain the Centre today and into the future. We look forward to sharing our plan with you in the coming months. Until then, we invite you to take a few minutes to study the Guide and see which programs and services interest you. Our door is open - we are waiting for you! Roz Wiener Pauline Grunberg, M.Ed President of the Board of Directors Executive Director PROGRAMS SOCIAL SERVICES VOLUNTEER Learn, experience, share.
