Your new Apartment Manager is Araceli Pinedo and your new Leasing Agent is Adasa Torres. We are currently in the process of cleaning this property for each of you and your guest. We understand that you all may have questions and issues, we are here to help as best as we can to serve you. Please feel free to call our office at 210.227.8091, or to come in when you like. Work Orders We are aware that you may have issues in your home that need to get fixed. We are currently behind on work orders, however, we are working and striving go get each of them completed as soon as we can. We are also trying to make sure that each thing that is being done, is being done correctly. We do need authorization to enter your apartment, so please come and sign a work order when needed. If you are at work or can not make it in the office, then please email your issue to commercelease@imfi.us . This permit will be displayed at all times in the (lower left corner of the windshield above the registration). Any vehicle not displaying said permit will be towed from the property, with no further notice, at owner/operators expense/liability. If for any reason you are changing cars, you must obtain a new resident permit before parking your vehicle in resident/reserved parking. If you do not have a resident parking permit, you must park in a designated visitor parking area. Parking Rules/Regulations It has come to the attention of management that there are many cars on the property parked in violation of community rules and/ or local/state law/ordinance. As an effort to maintain the curb appeal of the property as well as free up as much parking, for resi- dents, as possible. It is the responsibility of the resident to thoroughly explain all rules reg- ulations to all visitors to the property. Rules: •Visitorsmay only park in designated areas or street, even with a sticker from anoth- er apartment complex. •No parking in fire lanes. No parking in handicap spaces without a handicap license plate or hanging tag. No parking on grass or sidewalks. No parking in reserved spaces. No vehicle may be parked obstructing any portion of any drive or driveway. Vehicles must be parked between two lines. No vehicle may be parked obstructing any portion of or approach to any trash receptacle, gate, doorway, breezeway or any other access point meant for person or vehicle. No vehicle can take up two spaces. •No vehicles will be allowed that are unauthorized, abandoned, inoperable, wrecked, have flat/no tires, are parked on jacks/blocks, have expired/invalid inspection/registration, are for sale, or in a no parking/loading zone. Este permiso se mostrará en todo momento en la esquina (inferior izquierda del parabrisas por encima del registro). Cualquier vehículo que no presente dicho permiso será remolcado de la propiedad, sin previo aviso y tendrá que pa- gar a la compañía de grúa para que regrese su vehículo. Si por alguna razón usted está cambiando autos, debe obte- ner un nuevo permiso de residencia antes de estacionar su vehículo en el estacionamiento reservado para residente. Si usted no tiene un permiso de estacionamiento para residentes, DEBE estacionarse en una zona de para visitantes designado. Ningún vehículo se puede estacionar obstruyendo cualquier parte de cualquier unidad o en la entrada. Los vehículos deben ser estacionados entre dos líneas. Ningún vehículo puede ser estacionado obstruir cualquier porción o acerca- miento a cualquier recipiente de basura, puerta, puerta, pasillo techado o en cualquier otro punto de acceso destinado a persona o vehículo.
