Main Conference
To protect the health and safety of all participants, our Conference sessions will be online only. For convenience, our
Main Conference sessions will also be available as recordings to registered attendees for a limited time afterward.
The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) invites your participation in our conference, which offers a unique
“custom blend” of people from all facets of the gambling world, including treatment, prevention, education, research,
judicial, regulatory, legislative, and other fields, as well as the recovery community and all segments of the gambling

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE Registrations cancelled on or before May 24, 2021 will receive
a refund of the conference registration fee less an $80 administrative fee. Cancellations occurring
between May 24 and July 6, 2021 will be refunded 50% of the conference registration fee. Cancellation
requests must be made in writing to ncpg@ncpgambling.org and must provide the registrant’s name,
email address, billing address and amount paid.
REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTION — NCPG MEMBERS ONLY
Registrant substitutions of equal price from member to member will be accepted only with the written
permission of the original registrant. Substitution requests will not be accepted after May 24 for the Intensive
Seminars, and July 6 for the Main Conference. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant
and include the original registrant’s full name and email, receipt and amount paid; plus the replacement
attendee’s full name, email, membership type and expiration date. Send registration substitution requests to
ncpg@ncpgambling.org.
