Practical Advice - Cancellation Policy

Santa Maria SPA is dedicated to providing high quality servicesfor your
wellbeing and comfort. In order to facilitate the best experience possible, we
ask you to observe the following guidelines:
- If you have a reservation for a treatment and find yourself unable to keep your
appointment, or you wish to reschedule, please notify the SPA therapist or the
Santa Maria front desk.
- A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or massage
not cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Kindly arrive not more than 10 minutes before your appointment time to
the SPA in order to fill in our guest questionnaire and become acquainted
with your therapist.
- Treatment times are fixed. If you are late for your appointment, the treatment
time available will be reduced accordingly. For example, if you are ten
minutes late, your treatment will be ten minutes shorter.
- For the mosteffective treatment, as well as hygienic reasons, please bathe or
shower prior to visiting the SPA.
- Please do not bring valuables with you to the SPA. It is preferable to
secure them in the mini-safe in your room.
- Please leave your mobile phone in your room, or, if you musthave it with you,
turn it to silent mode for your own relaxation and that of other guests.
- If you wish, you can come for your treatment or massage with your robe and
your slippers. Otherwise our therapist will provide these for you at the SPA.
- It is not necessary to wear underwear or a bathing suit beneath your robe for
massages, body wrap or body scrubs. Disposable underwear will be provided.
- Please inform your therapist of any specific requirements or needs with regards
to your treatment. The therapist will adjust your treatment based on your needs.
- We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your SPA program to help
accelerate the elimination of toxins.
- SPA treatments and massages can be charged to your room account or
paid for in cash.
