Night Patrol Hand Cream
An exceptional hand cream for deep and intense regeneration of irritated hand skin,
especially needed nowadays after repeated hand sanitizing. It continues to work all night long
thanks to the addition of rice starch that absorbs the oil phase and releases it over time. A
natural moisturising emulsifier adapts the product to the climate conditions, so it is
comfortable to use it either it is cold winter or hot summer. Highly effective combination of
oils and active ingredients intensively rebuilt the skin barrier
Inside the Formulation
RHEOZAN® SH
Hetero-polysaccharide produced by pure fermentation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens,
purified by recovery with isopropanol, dried and milled. It is a thickening and stabilising
hydrocolloid giving aqueous solution of high viscosity and high yield value even at low
concentrations, not affected by temperature. This product displays pseudo-plastic non
thixotropic behavior.
MACKADERM® LIA
Mackaderm® LIA acts as an soft touch emollient, its silicone like sensorial profile with a high spreadability and fast
absorption on the hair and skin with non-greasy texture. It has a 100% vegetable origin and is non-toxic, non-irritating,
fully biodegradable and is environmentally friendly.
Manufacturing Instructions:
Premix phase B and add to phase A.
Add phase C and mix well.
Add components of phase D to the beaker
Heat both beakers to 80 °C.
Add phase D slowly to the main beaker under high sheer. Homogenize for 3 minutes.
Add components of phase E in order under the 40°C

Solvay Formulation Guide 2021 10Natural Solid Shampoo Based on natural and mild raw materials this water free solid shampoo can be used also for children. Inside the Formulation POLYCARE® SPLIT THERAPY It is a sustainably produced hair repair active. It repairs more than 80% of split ends on first use and resists combing, washing as well as heat exposure from flat ironing. It is easy-to- process and cost-effective, offering flexibility across end-products categories. MACKOL® CAS-100N Derived from natural coconut oil. In the needle form, the product is free flowing and disperses easily in water. Heat is required to fully dissolve the product. It provides good lather, thickening and conditioning properties. This product is also a replacement for betaines and alkanolamides in personal cleansing products. GEROPON® T-77 A mild anionic surfactant that contributes a dense, creamy lather to formulated personal care products. It is used primarily as a secondary surfactant in formulated syndet bar or skin cleanser products, Geropon® T-77 is an excellent dispersant for hard water or high salt load applications. Inside the formulation
MACKOL® CAS 100 N
Sodium coco-sulfate derived from natural coconut oil. In the needle form, the product is free flowing and disperses
easily in water. Heat is required to fully dissolve the product. It provides good lather, thickening and conditioning
properties. This product is also a replacement for betaines and alkanolamides in personal cleansing products. A
unique, naturally derived anionic surfactant for the formulation of “natural type” personal cleansing products that is
preservative-free.
MACKAM® 50 ULB
A high active grade of cocamidopropyl betaine made from a low colour and odour from coconut feedstock. It is about
25% more concentrated than typical grades of CAPB which makes it hostile to microbial growth, eliminating the need
for a preservative. Mackam® 50 ULB exhibits excellent stability over a broad pH range, and it is compatible with both
anionic and cationic surfactants.
Manufacturing Instructions
1. Premix phase A and heat to 50-60 °C.
2. Add phase B and mix for 15 minutes.
3. Add ingredients of phase C in order and mix well.
4. Adjust pH to 5.9

Scrub as long as you need. Inside the formulation GEROPON® T/77 PC Mild anionic surfactant that produces a dense, creamy lather in liquid skin and hair cleanser. It is a secondary surfactant that has a good viscosity response in mild formulations. Can also be used in dry / solid products such as syndet bars. MACKAM® CAB 818B Mackam® CAB 818 provides excellent viscosity building and foam boosting to anionic based cleansers. In shampoo formulations, it contributes to hair "manageability."
