BAR & BIERGARTEN (LEVEL 1)
The first level is the bar, which boasts a capacity
of 110 guests indoors and an additional 250 outdoors.
Built-in LED lights on the ceiling illuminate the bar
below, creating a slightly different mood each time the
colour of the lights subtly change. Intricate
handcrafted iron-railing detailings surround the bar,
finished off with brass antique. Intimate booth seats
flank one side of the bar, with brand new maplewood
tabletops completing the inviting and relaxed
atmosphere.

RESTAURANT (LEVEL 2)
On the 2nd level, the restaurant seats easily up to 180
guests. A towering sky-blue candy-striped Maibaum
(Maypole) - a 16th century architectural antique - gives
our guests the feeling of dining in a spacious breezy
daylight garden setting. At night the ceiling turns into
a star spangled firmament.

LOUNGE (LEVEL 2)
Our Lounge on level 2 provides a unique and exclusive
event space for small business meetings and private
group gatherings up to 30 guests. It is also home to
the club house sessions of the German Dragonboat
Team Singapore.

BIERGARTEN (LEVEL 2)
Our alfresco beer garden easily accommodates another
60 guests in a traditional wooden beer bench setting,
overlooking the spectacular skyline of the Suntec and
Marina district.

two impressive brew kettles. Our guests

but also can experience the art of brewing

preparation.

WITH OUR BREW MASTER
Our brewery tour will be conducted across all 3 levels.
Ideal group size is 15 to 20 pax per tour.
Bigger groups can be split into 2-3 tour groups.
Duration is approx. 1.5 - 2 hours including sampling and
presentation (customization upon request).

The culinary focus is on big
sharing plates and typical
“Biergarten” food, like
“Obazda” cheese spread,

like pork roast, “Spätzle”,
dumplings and traditional
desserts and cakes.
