When an end user needs a document signed, they can initiate the document like they would any other activity item in SAP Fieldglass with a simple click of a button. Once the document has been assigned, the process is fully automated. Throughout the process, DocuSign communicates the document’s status – whether it has been signed or not – back to SAP Fieldglass. The end user doesn’t have to log into DocuSign to see this, it is visible within the SAP Fieldglass platform. By providing a way for customers to speed the initiation of work orders, SOWs and onboarding/offboarding, this integrated solution helps organizations be more agile. Together, SAP Fieldglass and DocuSign also deliver significant compliance benefits to a program. Different countries around the world have different requirements around what is mandatory to authenticate a digital signature.
