RUMC is partnering with Emory University and WIT (Women in IT). Women in Technology puts single moms through the
technology cyber security certificate program at Emory, covering everything from tuition, food, rides, and childcare.

CLICK: Single Moms - Free Tuition to build careers in cybersecurity

Every applicant is required to take a technology assessment test to provide us with the level of technical knowledge they possess.
The applicants with little or no knowledge of technology start in a 7 Saturday program called Information Technology
Fundamentals (ITF). During that program, they can decide on their career choice of Cybersecurity or Data Analytics.
Both Cybersecurity and Data Analytics programs are conducted on 12 Saturdays after the end of the ITF program. The applicants
with sufficient knowledge of technology which is observed through the initial assessments can go directly to their chosen
programs.
The tuition for each one of the aforementioned programs is $500; therefore, the maximum cost of the programs is $1,000. Of
course, the programs for single mothers, with certain requirements, could be free.
Applicants interested in these programs must send their resume and LinkedIn profile to harjman@emory.edu who will connect
them to the WIT program manager.
The following are scheduled classes for the remainder of 2022 and 2023. Please apply ASAP as they become full quickly.
