DRAW U15 Girls U19 Girls
U15 Boys (Sunday) • U15 Girls – All games on field 2, except for the Final., which will be played on field 1 • U19 Girls – Games mixed between field 1 & field 2. Highlighted games to be played on field 2. • U15 Boys - Games mixed between field 1 & field 2. Highlighted games to be played on field 2. • U19 Girls & U15 Boys teams will be seeded following Pool Play. Top of each Pool and the highest ranked 2nd will contest the ‘Cup’ Division, with teams ranked 5th-8th contesting the ‘Plate’ Division. Teams ranked 9th-11th will contest the ‘Bowl’ Section. • U15 Girls have 5 teams. They will play against each other once, following Pool Play a 3 rd & 4th Playoff and Final (teams ranked 1 & 2 at the end of Pool Play) will be contested. The team ranked #5 will play no further matches. • U19 Girls & U15 Boys have 11 teams, which translates into two Pools of 4 teams and one Pool of 3 teams. • The two pools with 3 teams in it will be awarded 4 competition points to compensate for the fixture they missed out on. • Teams competing in the Pools of 3 teams will also be rewarded with an additional .5 (half) of their Points Differential (PD). For example, if a team has a PD of 16, an additional 8 points will be added to their PD, bringing them to a total of 24 PD. If a team has a PD of 17, they will be awarded the halved amount and, in all cases, we will round up, therefore an additional 9 points will be added to the teams PD. • Depending on placings, some games might be moved. I.e. – in the U19 Girls if Columba College or Dunstan HS finish in either 5th or 8th, the following fixture 6th vs. 7th (Game 17) might be brought forward to allow rest time for Columba College and Dunstan HS. This will be communicated in advance where possible. • Rankings 4-11 will be calculated by the following: 1. Competition Points 2. If tied, points differential 3. If still no separation between teams, most tries scored 4. If teams are still tied, a toss of the coin will take place
