2021 Resort Club Membership
Membership Application Process
We are pleased to present our 2021 Resort Club Membership program at Blantyre!
2021 fee: $3,500. per membership
Membership term May 1 - October 31, 2021
Membership includes spouse and / or designated partner, and up to 2 children of same
household, over 12 years of age. Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult
Member.
Memberships do not guarantee future renewal, availability or pricing and are subject to change or
cancellation in full.
Referral Memberships: A 10% credit will be provided for any existing member who refers a new
member. The referral credit is applied to existing member's account upon full payment of the new
member.
Membership is limited to 40 in 2021
Rules & Privileges
Each Member will receive a 10% discount on purchases in the following areas: Guest Rooms, Food
& Beverage, Spa, Retail (exclusions apply) and Activities (when charged). All purchases must be
posted to the Member Account. Discounts are not offered when paying by credit card or cash at
time of purchase.
Members may attend any Resort Activities that are complimentary to hotel guests (up to four people
including the member). Activities may include the following: Cooking Classes, Fitness Classes, Wine
Tastings, Lectures, etc. All scheduled events will be published in our monthly Resort Activities
Calendar, and made available to members prior to each month.
Membership includes the following property access: Fitness Center, Pool, Spa, Tennis Courts,
Shuffleboard Courts, Croquet Lawn, Badminton, Hiking Trails and the full acreage of the property.
(Property use is limited to 4 people, including member.)
Children under 12 years of age may not be on the property unless attending an approved event.
Children under the age of 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult Member.
Invitation to special Member events will be organized throughout the year.
Members will receive priority seating times in Café Boulud at Blantyre, based on availability.
All members will be required to establish a Member Account secured with a credit card at time of
purchasing membership, through which, all charges will be settled.
Guest fees apply for non-family members joining a member on the estate, based on availability.
Upon acceptance, Members must complete an Activities Waiver, indemnification for liability form.
Members and guests are required to adhere to all imposed Covid-19 restrictions, as established by
the property management, in accordance with state and local guidelines.
Membership Amenities & Hotel Services
Activities
A monthly Resort Activities Calendar will be provided prior to each month. All Members are
invited to participate in all complimentary guest activities which may include any of the following:
Culinary Classes, Wine Tastings, Fitness Classes, Lectures etc.
Concierge Services
Members are welcome to utilize the estate’s Guest Relations team to assist with the purchase of
tickets for Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow and more, which can be arranged and billed to the member
account.
Membership Amenities & Hotel Services continued Fitness Facility Members are invited to join us in our boutique fitness facility. Take advantage of cardio and strength equipment including treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike, and a selection of free weights and stretching equipment. Members may also enjoy Sauna, Steam and Locker Rooms. Wellness Classes Wellness Classes with certified fitness instructors will be offered periodically and access will be complimentary based on availability. Outdoor Swimming Pool Located at the Spa, the outdoor heated Pool is open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is available to all members. A creative, limited food and beverage menu on the Pool Terrace is also available. As we have limited availability in this area, attendance is restricted to a maximum of four people (one of whom must be the member). Guest fees are observed at $25.00 per guest for non-family guests of members, based on availability. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on property and those under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult Member. Lawn Sports A beautiful Croquet Lawn and Shuffleboard court is available for members on The Grand Lawn. Smooth soled shoes are required. Instruction is available for a fee and with appropriate notice. Tennis The Estate maintains two Har-Tru Tennis Courts for complimentary use by all Members. Court time and private lessons may be reserved through the Concierge. Proper tennis shoes and attire are required. Tennis rackets and tennis balls are available complimentary in the Warming Hut.

The Spa
As a member, you will receive a 10% discount when using the Spa at Blantyre when charging to
your member account. The Spa offers a variety of all-natural, seasonal treatments including
facials, massages, body treatments and more. When enjoying a treatment at the Spa, members can
take advantage of the Relaxation Area, Steam Room, Sauna, Pool, Showers and Changing Room.

BMW Test Drive Experience
New this season! As a member, our house use BMW is available by reservation for self-guided
local tours or tailgating experiences throughout the Berkshires. Inquire with Concierge to
arrange a picnic from Café Boulud at Blantyre and explore the scenic routes of neighboring
townships.
Staying at the Estate
As a member, you will receive a 10% discount when overnight stays are charged to your member
account. Not applicable to group contracts or special packages.
The Boutique at Blantyre
New this season! Our luxury, bespoke boutique offers a curated selection of beautiful, specialty items
such as William Yeoward crystal, Christofle silver, fine jewelry, clothing, collectibles and gift items- ideal
for special celebrations. Members receive 10% purchases (some exclsuions apply) and advance notice
of sales / events.
Membership Dining Café Boulud at Blantyre New this season! We are pleased to announce the permanent opening of Café Boulud at Blantyre! Michelin starred Chef, Daniel Boulud graces the Berkshires with his French inspired cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Ethan Koelbel. Members receive a 10% discount on food and beverages charged to your member account. Exceptions (specified in advance) may occur for special discounted events. All efforts to prioritize Member dining times will be undertaken, Private dining rooms are available by reservation. The Dom Perignon Champagne Salon New this season! Our exclusive Dom Pérignon Champagne Salon allows guests and visitors to enjoy inventive champagne cocktail creations and light bites during the season. Celebrate under the vintage Baccarat chandelier, in front of the wood burning fireplace or in the garden terrace. As a member, you will receive a 10% discount on food and beverages charged to your member account. Dinner in the Salon requires advance reservations, subject to site fee and food & beverage minimums. The Library Our beloved Music Room is an ideal spot to relax, read our collection of global newspapers and magazines, browse the property’s extensive book collection or simply enjoy the view with a cup of tea, our world famous hot chocolate or a wonderful glass of wine from our stone cellar. Café Boulud Pool-side As a Member, you will receive a 10% discount on food and beverages charged to your member account. Members can enjoy all-day dining, offered seasonally, from a special pool-side menu featuring a variety of salads and sandwiches. Complimentary chilled amenties are offered throughout the day.
Membership Dining continued The Covered Terrace New this season! Overlooking the lush gardens and manicured lawns of the estate, enjoy gentle summer breezes from the terrace, our gathering spot for Resort Activities. Enjoy culinary, mixology and wine education classes imbued with fresh air and spirited discussions. Sunset and evening cocktail service also available. Catering & Events Members are invited to host weddings, meetings, celebrations and other events at the Blantyre. Meeting spaces and other areas are available to members at a preferred rate. Our professional catering team can assist with every aspect of your event. Private Dining Members are invited to utilize our private dining room, tasting room and Dom Pérignon Salon for bespoke dining experiences ranging from two to six guests. Members may select from the Café Boulud menu, a special tasting menu created by Chef Ethan Koelbel or a custom menu specific to your event. Café Boulud Picnic and Takeout Members are invited to partake in the specially prepared Blantyre picnic supper menus for events such as Tanglewood and take-out from Café Boulud with 24-hours-notice. Please contact a Member of Café Boulud reservations team to assist with arrangements.

1. Application for Club Membership. The undersigned hereby requests consideration for a Membership and agrees to
pay annual dues, plus all applicable taxes, in accordance with the undersigned’s Membership Agreement.
2. Immediate Family Members. Please list below the names of all family members included in this membership.
For each child please provide their date of birth and gender.
3. Membership Approval Process. The undersigned understands that membership at Blantyre is subject to approval,
payment of all dues and other Club Fees, and compliance with the rules and regulations established by Blantyre from
time to time. In the event this Application for Membership Privileges is acted upon favorably, the undersigned will be
notified immediately and invited to membership. In this event, the undersigned shall have ten days after written
notification to submit to Blantyre a fully completed and signed Membership Agreement and pay the required
membership fee and all applicable dues to Blantyre. If the undersigned fails to submit the required Membership Agreement or membership dues within the ten-day period, then Blantyre may rescind its invitation to membership. If this Application for Membership Privileges is not acted upon favorably, Blantyre shall notify the undersigned that he/she will not be invited to membership.
