                                                                                                                           Wisconsin Voices announces its 2021 Civic Action “Rising Leaders” Partners.
                                                                                                                         These community leaders engaged and supported residents in communities whose

                                                                                                                         projects strengthened connections between community residents, helped them learn
                                                                                                                         about issues and increased local civic participation,” said Felice Green, Chief Com-

                                                                                                                           Rising Leaders Partnership grants were awarded to new partners of Wisconsin Voices — in-
