GENERAL INFORMATION WELCOME REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration for all programs is ongoing and is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration and supplying your own materials is required unless otherwise stated. Please note that full payment must be received at the time of registration. This ID card permits OCTOBER FEBRUARY you entry into the facility. All participants who have a Fridays 4-5 pm Tuesdays 2-3 pm membership card are required to scan this card each NOVEMBER MARCH time they utilize the facility. Youth Weight Room Users All youth who are 13 & 14 years of age are required to attend a Teen Get Fit session and have a consent form signed by their parent in order to use the Fitness Centre. RACQUETBALL & SQUASH RACQUETBALL AND SQUASH • There are two Squash courts (one near the gymnasium and one new court upstairs) and one Racquetball court (upstairs) at the Trail Memorial Centre. • To book these courts call 250-364-0888. • Bookings are made for 45 minutes of court time with the exception of 11:30am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday where bookings are 30 minutes in length. • Drop by the Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre and pick up a detailed information sheet on our booking process. AQUATIC LESSONS AQUATIC LESSONS Did you know? As a swim lesson registrant, you are welcome to enjoy the pool up to one hour before or after your swimming lesson. Ask the cashiers for more information. What level should I register my child in? Please check out our Aquatic Lesson descriptions on page 11 or call the Aquatic Centre for questions or to book a swim assessment. SWIMMING LESSON REGISTRATION Participants are encouraged to reg- ister more than one week prior to the start date. Lessons will be cancelled where there is insufficient registration. We try our best to accommodate the demand for lessons and we will create more classes if the waiting lists are full. STARFISH (4 to 12 months) RED CROSS SWIM KIDS LEVEL 1 Orientation to water for babies and parents. The Swimmers receive orientation to water and pool area and goals are to help babies experience buoyancy and work on floats, glides and kicks.
