REDUCE YOUR WATER WASTE
Due to high temperatures and drier conditions throughout the state, we
would like to remind our residents to be mindful about their water usage
and reduce water waste when possible. Continuing to develop sustain-
able practices is key to maintaining a healthy water supply.
Sign up for a free water efficiency survey through our Home Utility
Check-Up and receive a detailed analysis of your indoor and outdoor
water usage to help you identify opportunities for savings. We also offer a
number of other programs and rebates designed to reduce water waste –
and supply you with free water-efficient devices.

DUSK TO DAWN LIGHTING Illuminate your home this fall to add to the overall security of your prop- erty. Installing energy-efficient outdoor lighting around your home helps prevent unwanted visitors and lights up dark walkways to avoid trips or falls. Our Dusk-to-Dawn Program offers a number of options to create a safer neighborhood and save you money on your electric bill, while conserving energy. FREE LED DUSK-TO-DAWN LIGHT FIXTURES Anaheim customers are eligible to receive two free dusk-to-dawn LED light fixtures. INCOME-QUALIFIED FREE INSTALLATION Income-qualified customers receive free dusk-to-dawn fixture installation through our Home Utility Check-Up Program. LED DUSK-TO-DAWN LIGHT FIXTURE REBATES Purchase a LED light fixture directly from a local retailer and receive a $20 rebate (max 2). Visit ANAHEIM.NET/D2DHOME to learn more. ANAHEIM REDISTRICTING Redistricting is a once-in-a-decade opportunity for residents to get directly involved in how district lines should be adjusted based on new U.S Census data. The City of Anaheim invites YOU to be part of the process! The redistricting process uses the new U.S. Census data to balance out the population among districts to ensure that each Council Member represents an equal number of constituents. HOLIDAY LIGHTS DRIVE
THRU & TOY DRIVE
On Saturday, November 20, we’ll be hosting
the second annual Holiday Lights Drive Thru
event in Downtown Anaheim, distributing
energy efficient holiday lights to Anaheim
residents (limit two per household).
LED lights use up to 80% less energy than
older, incandescent lights–and they’re brighter!
In addition to the holiday lights distribution,
we will be collecting new, unopened toys for
local children in need. In exchange for a dona-
tion of either your old holiday lights or a new,
unopened toy, we’ll be providing additional
energy efficient devices to make your home
more sustainable.

PARAMEDIC MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Did you know that Anaheim Fire & Rescue can reduce your bill by up to
$399 for emergency medical services?
For only $43 a year, residents and businesses in Anaheim can enroll in
Anaheim Fire & Rescue's Paramedic Membership Program and have up to
$399 waived from the cost of a 911 medical emergency call.
Membership includes unlimited paramedic response for you and your
household, anywhere in Anaheim. The program also covers visitors if they
have a medical emergency while at your home. For Anaheim businesses,
the program covers you and your employees while at work.
Enrollment is easy and the $3.58 monthly fee can be conveniently added to
your utility bill.
