INTRODUCTION
This document contains the necessary information required to submit the RHB bookings
– a basic description of each service, pricing, as well as included and excluded items.
This Rate Card may be adapted if there is a significant change in market price and/on
fluctuation in exchange rate or due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) safety precautions
measures implemented by the governing bodies.
The current version of the document has been updated on 19 November 2020.
All changes in red.
The coronavirus situation will be closely monitored by all parties involved and RHBs will
be duly informed on any possible changes/amendments/updates.
If not otherwise indicated, services are provided as permanent facilities, for the entire
duration of the event.
Satellite services will be offered via Eurovision Services.
Booking terms and conditions are explained in Section 15 of this document.

The online booking system will open in June 2020 and you will be able to access it
through the official website www.pokljuka2021.com.

1 IBC AND EQUIPMENT

15 BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION FEES, AND INVOICING
15.1 Currency and Taxes
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT when applicable.
The standard VAT rate in Slovenia is 22 %.
15.2. Booking Deadlines and Cancellation Procedures
• Basic usage period for all services is 5–22 February 2021.
• RTVSLO in cooperation with the LOC will coordinate all RHB requests for all Rate Card services in order
to facilitate the booking process.
• RTVSLO in cooperation with the LOC shall not be held liable or responsible for any specific problems
related to the third parties’ provided services.
All prices indicated are valid for the duration of the event, if not otherwise indicated.
Booking Deadlines
15.9.2020 Final Booking Deadline
1.-21.2.2021 Event Time Booking Period
After the final booking deadline all services are subject to availability and cost evaluation.
Late booking fee surcharges will apply.
1.12.2020-15.1.2021 20% late booking fee applies to all requests placed
16.1.2021-1.2.2021 50% late booking fee applies to all requests placed
2.2.2021 onward all requests are subject to availability and individual arrangements
Cancellation Procedures
30.11.2020 All bookings might be cancelled free-of-charge.
1.12.2020 100% cancellation fee applies to all booked and confirmed services.
15.3 Booking Procedures
Online booking system will open on 15.6.2020.

15.4 Invoicing
50% of the booked services will be invoiced on 10.12.2020.
50% of the booked services will be invoiced on 10.1.2021.
Event-time booked services will be invoiced in March/April 2021.
Final invoice for the services requested (event time bookings, consumption, possible damages of the
rented equipment, etc) will be issued up to two months after the event. VAT and other taxes will be applied
according to Slovenian tax legislation.

OC Pokljuka and HB RTV Slovenija will together with the EBU and IBU closely monitor the
development of coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We will follow any regulations and demands made
by national authorities or international organisations such as the World Health Organisation.
The preparations will continue as planned. Should the situation change, the LOC and HB will inform
respective stakeholders as soon as possible.
