CARBOHYDRATE MANAGEMENT - TYPE Low GI Rendah GI GI is a measure of how quickly a carbohydrate-containing food increases blood sugar level. Low GI foods will not increase blood sugar level as quickly as high GI foods.1 Rendah GI Rendah GI Low GI foods are usually of the wholegrain and high-fibre variety.1 What is wholegrain?
