décor. For intimate gatherings there are a choice of rooms in Ditchley House.
For larger guest numbers you can opt for the reception area of the Great

                            beautiful croquet lawn.

                                      terms & conditions

                                      BOOKING & FUNCTION DETAILS
The hotel will not consider the booking definite until a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of €2000 has
been received from the Couple. Final numbers must be advised 72 hours prior to the Wedding date. Any increase
in numbers will be charged accordingly. Should numbers decrease in the 72 hours period, no refund/discount is
applicable. The table plan will be accepted no later than 5 days prior to our wedding date and must be presented
                              via email on the Radisson table plan template provided.

                                                  HOTEL POLICIES
The hotel will not accept responsibility for any entertainment not reserved directly with the hotel. It is essential that
all entertainment arrangements have the approval of hotel management, prior to the date of your reception. All
entertainers must provide their own equipment and accept full responsibility for their equipment and instruments.
Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork reserves the right to amend charges/costs of the product being supplied to the client
in the event of changes in the rate of tax, introduction of any government levy, or as a result of unforeseen supplier
increases due to the market demand and/or lack of supply of products required. All prices are quoted in Euro and
are subject to review. The €100 voucher for The Spa is per couple. Restaurant weddings take place at lunchtime and
                                        must retire from the restaurant by 5pm.

                                         WEDDING DELIVERIES
Only food and beverage supplied by the hotel may be consumed on the premises. This clause does not apply to
wedding cake, wines etc. These items should be delivered to the hotel at least 24 hours in advance of the Wedding
                                                     date.

                                                BAR EXTENSION
A bar extension is available, subject to a license being approved. The relevant fees will be charged to your bill.
                              Please note the Resident’s Bar is strictly residents only.

COLLECTION OF ITEMS
All items must be collected within 24 hours after the Wedding Reception. The hotel does not take responsibility for
items lost, misplaced or damaged after this time. The hotel will not accept responsibility for gifts left by the couple.

                                                POSTPONEMENT
In the event of the wedding reception being postponed prior to 1 year of the original date booked, the deposit may
be transferred to a date booked within 6 months of the original date subject to hotels availability. Within 1 year of
the original date booked, the cancellation policy will apply. The cancellation fee may be applied to a date booked
                       within 6 months of the original date subject to the hotel’s availability.

                                                 CANCELLATION
As stipulated in your contract cancellation charges will include all items that have been pre-booked. All cancellation
and/or amendments must be writing by both parties. In the event of any cancellation by the client, the following
                                        cancellation charges will be incurred.
