                                                                            from the proceeds of the book The Village Kid Story.

                                                                            accurately reflects a lifetime of contribution to not just Gloucester
                                                                            Park but to trotting in this State.
                                                                            Bill Horn’s humility was reflected in his acceptance speech when,
