16 November 2017 Queensland shines on industry night of nights A total of 83 awards across 28 categories, including the inaugural RACQ People’s Choice awards, were presented in front of 900 guests on Friday at the 2017 Queensland Tourism Awards, held in Brisbane. Major category winners were Abell Point Marina, Gold in the Major Tourist Attractions category and Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, Gold for Major Festivals and Events. Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort won Gold for The Steve Irwin Award for Ecotourism. Congratulations to all the very deserving winners! View the full list of winners
