PRIMARY CATCHMENT AREA Capegate is situated in the heart of Brackenfell, well known as one of the city’s biggest residential grown nodes. RULES & REGULATIONS EXHIBITIONS RULES • No setup will be allowed without a signed promotional agreement, approved design and full payment as per the agreement. • All exhibitors to supply public liability policy documentation to a minimum value of R5 000 000 • Flooring for all exhibitions (apart from vehicles) is compulsory and is rented from Capegate Shopping centre at a rate of R1 500 per exhibition • The stand must be manned for the total trading hours of the centre. Mondays - Saturdays, 9am - 8pm. Sundays 9am - 6pm. Public holiday trading hours will be advised. • The set up and strike of all exhibitions must be conducted outside trading hours • All display layouts and promotional material must be submitted for approval prior to commencement date. Furniture and displays must be of high standard and should it not meet with the centre’s approval, will not be allowed to exhibit • No gazebos or feather banners allowed • Additional regulations apply to vehicle displays • Maximum height restriction for exhibitions is 1.5m ADVERTISING RULES • A fully signed contract is required two weeks prior to artwork installation • Production needs to be up to the centre’s standards. Guidelines on printing materials to be used will be provided. • Production, installation and removal is for the advertiser’s own account • Installation / removal must be done outside trading hours ALL ADVERTISING RULES • All advertising mediums and rates and subject to change without notice • Rates will increase during December • All artwork must be approved before produced, installed or aired • Capegate contract and indemnity to be complete and signed by the main signatory and a witness • A resolution documents granting the signatory permission to act on their behalf will be required • Payment is due before installation / exhibition setup / event sponsorship • FICA documents as stipulated must be required 19
