SCHEDULE • Exhibition Hall: open full time from 7:30 to 18:30 both days on Level 1 & Level 2 floors. 146 exhibitors, mainly fintechs from all over the world. ATTENTION: most of the Fintech pods don’t have the same fintech on it from one day to another. Check the exhibitor listing on our floor map in your delegate bag. • Content sessions, both days: conference begins at 8:45 sharp on main stage and between 8:45 and 9 am in the other rooms After the lunches conference will begin at 2:20 sharp in all stages Last sessions will end at 6:15 pm in all stages • Breakfasts, lunches: see below FOOD & BEVERAGES • Breakfasts: both days at 7:30am to 8:30am to allow you to enjoy a networking breakfast with attendees and speakers in Exhibition halls 1 & 2 (Level 1). • Free lunches & champagne: from 12:40 to 14:15 each day (conferences start at 14:20). It is a real lunch with first and main course, cheese and desert, on a cocktail buffet mode. Available in exhibition hall 1 & 2 (Level 1), and in most of the Networking lounges. • All day beverages: Coffee, tea and Juices are available all day long in the 3 exhibition halls and in most of the networking lounges PARTIES & SIDE EVENTS • Paris Fintech Night for all Forum attendees: 30/01 from 19:30, see details on backcover page. No dress code. • Gala dinner: gala party of the Paris Fintech Forum the 29/01 from 19:30 pm, in Partnership with Paris region, Visa & Natixis Payment, at the intercontinental Opera, 20 minutes by feet from the event venue (or 7mn by direct subway). On invitation only. Check on your badge if you have the (G) symbol or in your emails if you received a direct confirmation from our team. Dress code: smart or casual smart. • Private side events: You may have been invited by our partners to a private event, 1to 1 meetings, etc... Check your emails or go to the information desk for informations. REST & NETWORK • Speaker lounge (in partnership with Mastercard): access limited to speaker badge owner, from 7:30 to 18:45 each day, just behind the main stage. For security reasons no exceptions will be made to the access conditions of that lounge. • All attendees networking lounges: The Espresso bar & Networking lounge (sponsored by Cross River) on Level 2, the networking & catering Area nearby exhibition hall 2 on level 1, both with all day long soft drinks, coffee & tea. • BRELLA meeting lounge: for all meeting organized with Brella App (20 dedicated
FAQ tables) on Level 2, in partnership with Arkéa. • Innovation & networking lounges: On Level 2 both days our partners BNP Paribas, Visa, Google, HSBC, Allianz (29/01 only) and Orange (30/01 only) will be happy to welcome you in their private lounges to exchange on their last innovations and the future of finance. Many 1to1 meeting and meetups are organized, check directly on site. • You could be invited to meet someone in the private Altéir Lounge (number 6 on the Level 0 map). Access only for registered people and their guests. • Media Lounge: if you have been invited by a media, you could meet in the Media Lounge, operated in partnership with Rumeur Publique, on Level 0 • Networking apps & WIFI access: we have 2 different apps to network in the event. You must have received invitation to connect via email. You may also look on the back of your badge for details. ACCESS TO THE SESSIONS Please note that your ticket does not guarantee you an access to the sessions in the different stages. That will depend on the room capacities, the affluence, and your arrival time. ACCESS & SECURITY • Only registered persons with a fully paid ticket will be allowed to access the event. No exceptions will be made for security reasons. • Your badge AND your security bracelet will be needed each time you enter the place. Thank you to present an ID document each time it will be asked. No one else than you can use your badge, they are nominative and non-transferable. • If you loose your badge or your security bracelet please go to the helpdesk. Treat your badge as cash, we do not replace them easily! OTHER • Recharge my cell phone battery: you can borrow a free battery pack to reload your phone at the “Global Charger” desks in partnership with eToro (look on the Level 0 and Level 2 maps) • Video: the whole event will be filmed.
