CEREMONY INFORMATION CEREMONY & RECEPTION OPTION Our Gazebo weddings are at a cost of $750.00 and this is inclusive of the following: • 30 x Outdoor ceremony chairs. Extra $6 per chair above 30 if required. • Red Carpet (if you wish) • 1 x Signing Table with a White Cloth and two chairs • Exclusive use of the Gazebo area for 1 hour (additional 30 min blocks are charged at $250) At Panorama House we are very busy with ceremonies and generally have back to back ceremonies. If you require additional time to decorate or if you would prefer extra time for photos, this must be booked in at the time of booking the ceremony (this is charged at an additional fee), it is up to the bride and groom to notify their celebrant and photographers of this. Any styling to the gazebo area needs to be removed straight after the ceremony has concluded (this must be within the time booked). In the event of wet weather, management will choose which room your ceremony will hosted in. A room will be chosen the week of the wedding (applicable to any ceremony booked). NB: Please note that no PA/music or audio equipment is included in the ceremony setup. This can be organised for an additional $150 fee. Please speak to our office in regards to bookings. Wedding CHECKLIST ON BOOKING YOUR WEDDING Now that you have booked your reception with us, the next step will be to confirm your ceremony (if you haven’t done so already) whether it be in a church, at the beach, in a park, or here with us at Panorama House. If you are having your ceremony at Panorama House, you will need to book a time for the outdoor or 2 WEEKS BEFORE ❏ CONFIRM FINAL WEDDING RECEPTION NUMBERS with our Functions Coordinator and finalise all extras to be included, so final invoice can be issued. Please provide your Functions Coordinator with your signed Final Confirmation Form. You can do this via email, fax or in person (if you decide to drop it off in indoor ceremony starting time within 6 weeks of leaving your initial deposit to person, a time must be booked in). confirm your ceremony booking. ❏ Compile final Wedding Table Arrangements & Guest List. When completing the form, place your guests on relevant tables in accordance to your reception floor 6 MONTHS BEFORE plan. The tables numbered on your Wedding Table Arrangements & Guest list correspond with your floor plan. ❏ Part payment of $1500 per room is required as per the terms and conditions form.
