Welcome to Food Direct Campus Delivery Service
The Menu
Food Direct has been designed to meet your everyday beverage and lunchtime catering requirements,
where your key priority is a prompt delivery of items to a venue of your choice. Food Direct is committed to
supporting the Universities sustainable food commitments and will no longer provide any disposable cups,
plates or cutlery with deliveries. All orders will be served with china and glassware. Food Direct is ideally
suited to informal events for small to medium numbers.
Our menu offers a wide selection of food and beverages
We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements and allergies & intolerances, please inform us at the
time of booking
Food dietary symbols:
V = Suitable for vegetarians VE = Suitable for vegans GF = Made from non-gluten containing ingredients
Please be aware all of the 14 known allergens are present in our production kitchens
Quality Assurance
We hold Quality Assurance spot checks to ensure the accuracy of orders and offer after service customer
feedback. We provide you with a contact card with our dedicated phone line (07891 790083) specifically for
queries regarding your order and delivery on the day
A delivery receipt comes with your order, which has three purposes:
• For you to check the items you have ordered
• Advise how to contact us for prompt attention should there be any problems with the items
delivered
• Advise the best way to store your order

All deliveries will be set up in the room you have booked, tablecloths can be purchased at an additional
charge. Please ensure there is a table available in the room for the team to use. To hire tables please

Booking early is essential
Food Direct service is available Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and bookings up to £200 for these days
and times will be made online http://fooddirect.bath.ac.uk
If you require an order outside of our normal delivery times of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (excluding
holidays) we will require 5 working days’ notice. Subject to availability
Please note We are closed on all university closure days, these being Good Friday, Easter Monday and
Tuesday, both May bank holidays, August bank holiday Monday and Tuesday (last Monday in August) and
over Christmas and new year period.
