Welcome!
    The Montreal CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ Center is pleased to welcome you to its state-of-
    the-art training facility. Enclosed you will find all of the information you will need for your
    time at the Montreal CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ Center.

    Should you have any further questions, our team will be available to assist you with any
    needs.
    Please be aware that the course can only take place with a minimum of participants. In
    case we have not enough participants, you will be informed in time.
    Please contact the Chocolate Academy Coordinator, Laurence Torcherie at

Before the course

        Transportation
        Where are we located?
        4850 Molson, Montreal H1Y 3J8

        Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport
        It takes about 45 mn from the airport by Taxi.

        The closest metro station is Metro Préfontaine (green line), then you can walk (15 mn walk) or take the bus line 25.
        A great resource when navigating around the public transit or subway is www.stm.info/en

        Parking
        The Montreal CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center is located on 4850 Molson Street.
        A parking lot is located behind the building (please park only where there are Chocolate Academy signs).
        We have a specific lot for electric cars. Please ask for the key at the front desk.

Hotel Accomodations

   We have preferred rates with several hotels.
   The closest one is the B&B Dezery (great value with a huge breakfast). If you prefer to be located downtown, choose
   Alt Hotel or St-Sulpice in the old port. For an intermediate value, Hotel Universel is not downtown but offers free
   parking and price is affordable. Rates are quoted in Canadian currency – Applicable taxes to be added. Please verify
   the price before booking with the hotel.

 Policies
 Cancellation Policy
 If you cancel your course:
   - Less than 15 days before the course: no refund
   - Between 16 and 30 days: you will receive a voucher (50% of the cancelled course)
   - Between 30 and 45 days: you will receive a voucher (90% of the cancelled course)
   - More than 45 days: you will receive a voucher (100% of the cancelled course)
 In the case of a cancellation by the Academy, we will refund only the amount of the course but not the travel or the accommodation.
