About CIES 2022 - MINNEAPOLIS The theme of CIES 2022 draws on the power of new ideas and the spirit of idealism. The 2022 conference will be hosted in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota drawing from the city’s rich culture and history, as well as its pivotal place in the current fight for social and racial justice. There will also be a robust and innovative online experience during the conference week of April 18-22. Our underlying commitment is to give attendees the best conference experience, which means that what we do both in Minneapolis as well as online, depends cost, capacity and our ability to ensure a high-quality experience. Building on the history of Minneapolis, its location at the crossroads of the US, as well as on the frontlines of racial justice issues, we anticipate a moving, creative and intellectually stimulating experience. EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES Exhibits will be located in the well-equipped Exhibit Hall within the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The placement is an open space allowing for maximum traffic flow for participants but is also large enough to ensure that people are not too crowded in this current environment. Situated right next to the main plenary hall, and in the same space as the Provocations, traffic to the exhibit halls will be frequent and encouraged. Your organization will be provided with name badges for any representatives who will be stationed at your tables in the exhibit area. Please note that exhibitor registration does not substitute for CIES 2022 Minneapolis conference registration, which permits full access to academic sessions and social events. CIES 2022 conference participants will need to register separately via the official conference website, cies2022.org. However, registered (and paid) conference participants may also represent your organization at its exhibitor tables and do not require additional “Exhibit Hall Only” badges. Exhibitors can select the table of their choice on the online purchasing system. Tables are limited so we encourage you to book early.
