EXECUTIVE SUMMARY EXECUTIVE The Boulder Group is pleased to exclusively market for sale a single tenant PNC Bank ground lease property SUMMARY: located in the Milwaukee MSA. The 4,020 square foot building was constructed in 2012 on a 51,400 square foot parcel and is part of the recently developed Underwood Crossing, anchored by Target and Trader Joe’s, which is located just off of Interstate 94 (151,500 VPD).
