Planning your Wedding The Carriage House at Vineland Estates Winery Our menus are based on a three course structure. From the attached you will choose an appetizer, entrée and dessert to create your personal menu for your event. * Prices start at $85.00 per person. Wine is then selected from the table side wine menu. Wine is charged based on consumption. * Prices start at $40.00 per bottle. Wine pairing menus are also available. Pairing menus are created specifically for each event based on seasonal ingredients as well as client preference. * Prices start at $130.00 per person. Hors d’oeuvres options are available for a cocktail reception. * Varieties can be found in the attached. * Price is $38.00 per dozen. Mixed drinks are also available at $7.00 per. (basic bar of rye, rum, vodka and gin – specialty bottles can be ordered and we will bring them in for you – they will be priced accordingly) Beer is available at $7.00 per bottle. (currently S&E Brewing Co.) * Specific attached menu items are not available for tasting however Chef suggests you dine in our restaurant to experience firsthand the quality and presentation that our culinary team creates.

Pricing Pricing $85 per person for set menu of three courses $90 for set appetizer and dessert with choice of 3 entrées that are pre-ordered 14 days in advance $95 for set appetizer and set dessert with choice of 3 entrées that are made on the night of the event (maximum 30 people) All menu prices include water, soft drinks, coffee and tea Wine Pairing Menu’s Available upon request $130.00 per person for five courses with wine pairing $25.00 per person extra for each additional course with wine pairing Other Items Mixed drinks $7.00 Beer $7.00 On site ceremony fee $150.00 (includes set up and break down of ceremony, lunch/dinner and table decor - guest to provide with set up instructions) Room Fee $2000.00 – For Weddings (includes exclusive use of the property for photos)
The Carriage House General Information • The Carriage House seats a maximum of 56 guests, or can host 75 for a standing reception. Minimum number of guests is 20. • To reserve The Carriage House, a deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit is non-refundable and must be submitted to guarantee the use of the room. This deposit will be applied to the final total invoice owing. Deposit must be made with a credit card, which will then be used for all subsequent payments • The Carriage House rental fee is $2000.00. This fee includes VEW tables, chairs, white linens, plating, cutlery, glassware and exclusive use of the property for photos. • The Carriage House rental fee is subject to HST with wine and food prices being subject to HST taxes plus an 18% gratuity charge. (gratuity is subject to HST) • The Carriage House may be utilized from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. to midnight. • We are a working farm. Farm equipment will be visual during harvest months and our bird bangers can be heard - they cannot be turned off for an event. Turning them off can greatly damage our harvest • Three course menus are the base minimum in The Carriage House. • Wines are tableside price per bottle, based on consumption. • We serve VEW wine and food exclusively during the function. • Bringing in alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. Should you do so, they will be confiscated. • Wedding Ceremonies can be held on site - $150.00 setup/breakdown fee • Head table and dance floor set-up are often not possible due to limited space in The Carriage House • The Carriage House has indoor and outdoor speakers for guest use • Menus, wine selections and timing of the event must be finalized and approved at least four weeks prior to the event date. • Guaranteed number of guests must be submitted two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date for proper preparation. Should this number decrease, we must charge according to the number that was originally confirmed, or attendance, whichever is greater. • Full food payment is to be submitted 14 days prior to the event. • The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the first business day following the event. • VEW reserves the right to make changes on food selections or wine selections without notice, depending on availability of the product and the discretion of the Chef. • Wine vintages and varieties, wine availability and prices are subject to change. • Decor may be brought into Vineland Estates Winery. Free standing decor only. Vineland Estates Winery does not supply or set up decor. Delivery of decor may be made one hour prior to event start time. All decor must be removed at the end of the event. • Wish lanterns may not be set off on the property. • We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. A damage fee will be charged if any special cleaning or repairs are required. • No confetti • No taping, stapling or affixing any items to the walls, floors or beams • If event is cancelled within two weeks of booking date the client will be charged 50% of the total number of guests confirmed
