2021 PFAR MEDIA KIT Leading Change
Who We Are The Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® services over 2000 members in the Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Sunland-Tujunga communities and beyond. The Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® is the champion for the professional practice of real estate, private property rights, homeownership and a thriving community.
Our Story The Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® was originally founded in 1907 as the Pasadena Realty Board, with the purpose of promoting good fellowship and fair dealing within the real estate industry, thus protecting both the real estate professional and the consumer. Over the years, the organization has expanded to provide members with the tools, education and opportunities to succeed in an ever-changing environment. In 1997, the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® was formed as a merger among three boards: Pasadena, San Marino-South Pasadena and the Foothills (comprised of La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta and Sunland-Tujunga). The formation of the Pasadena-Foothills Association gives REALTORS® and the public an even stronger voice in the protection and promotion of private property rights, while fostering the ultimate American dream of home ownership. We have also produced four Presidents of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and an Executive Officer of C.A.R. and the National Association of REALTORS®.
