Antarcca | Pale Delamore Partners PDP was engaged by Antarcca NZ to undertake a land contaminaon assessment in 2018 for Sco Base. The assessment included a site history review to determine past and present land use acvies that had the potenal to cause land contaminaon and an intrusive soil sampling exercise to characterise the contaminaon status of soils across the Base. This informaon is used to manage the current contaminaon risk posed to users/visitors of the Base and ulmately for the overall planning of the Sco Base Redevelopment Project. PDP are connuing to work with the Sco Base team to assist in ongoing contaminated land remedial and management opons as part of the inial planning and appropriate methodology for earthworks of the new Base.
