Applying for a place at TU Dublin Tallaght Entry Requirements The normal requirement for admission to a TU Dublin Tallaght programme is as follows: • Higher Certificate programmes (NFQ Level 6) and ab initio* Bachelor Degree programmes (NFQ Level 7/8) * An ab initio programme is one where students must complete the full three/four year programme to gain an accredited award.
