WHAT IS AN EXCHANGE COMPANY?
Resort Condominiums International (RCI) is an Exchange Network that allows vacation
owners worldwide to exchange their Membership Weeks for a week in one of over 7,200
resorts that make up their network. You simply deposit your Privilege Club week with RCI
to exchange a week with an RCI affiliated resort.
REASONS TO EXCHANGE
• You are attracted to a vacation destination available in the RCI network. You might want
to try a groomed ski run, explore a new city, or visit family around the globe.
• Facilities vary depending on the RCI affiliated resort. You might feel like trying a particular
golf course, spa, fitness center, activities for children, or renowned restaurant.
• There is no availability in a Bahia Principe Hotel & Resort for the exact week of the
year you would like to travel and you have no flexibility to change your vacation date,
therefore you take advantage to travel through RCI.
HOW TO EXCHANGE WITH RCI
Just give our Service Center a call and let us know you would like to deposit one of your
Membership Weeks with RCI. Within 48 hours you will see your deposited week on the
RCI website ready to be used along with the Trading Power Units (TPUs) assigned to your
deposited week. Then call RCI, or navigate their website, to reserve your next vacation.
RCI can hold your deposited week for up to 2 years, so you have ample time to plan an

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
We strive to make organizing and planning your vacation easy, so just follow these simple
steps to enable us to attend to your vacation needs in a more efficient way.
• Prior to contacting us make sure that your account balance is up to date.
• Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are subject to availability;
so we recommend that reservations be submitted as far in advance as possible, especially
during peak season.
• Remember Membership Weeks may be reserved up to 12 months in advance of arrival
date, while accelerated Membership Weeks may be reserved 6 months before date of
arrival.
• Have your dates ready with a first choice of travel dates and hotel, as well as second and
third choices.
• Keep in mind that Membership Weeks are comprised of 8 days, 7 nights (Friday to Friday,
Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday).
• Please have your credit card ready in order to settle the balance of the reservation at the
time of booking.
• You are now ready to contact the Privilege Travel Advisor!
Please email your reservation request to reservations@bppclub.com or call our Service
Center.
MODIFICATIONS
We understand travel plans may change, but unfortunately it is often too late to re-assign
the club suites and/or hotel rooms. Members receive a full refund for the full amount of the
all-inclusive balance paid at the time of booking if they contact the Privilege Club before
the date of arrival. However, the following penalties apply for Membership Week reservation
modifications:

MAINTENANCE FEE
Your annual maintenance fee ensures the participating club resorts may keep the club
amenities and suites well maintained. Please reference your contract for details.
CLUB ANNUAL FEE
The Club Annual Fee ensures that the Bahia Principe Privilege Club may offer the most
excellent standard in customer service to our members. This fee is due by January 15th of
each calendar year, regardless if the Membership Week is accumulated or exchanged with
RCI. Late payments are subject to fees. The Annual Club Fee will be revised annually.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
In order to keep your account up to date and avoid late fees, here are some convenient
methods of payment:
